Stayed here for 1 night. Check in was easy. they have free parking. They did not give me the cookie at check in. they have a small pantry to buy water and stuff. Room was decent but the entire hotel is old. AC is noisy and really disturbing to sleep quality with the loud shut off and on. Had internet login issues and had to call the front desk to get it fixed. The whole place is worn out and could use a renovation. It was pretty cheap. I would not stay here again
EL TAMANO DE LAS HABITACIONES, LA LIMPIEZA Y ACABADOS EN MALAS CONDICIONES. EL JAQUZZI NO FUNICONABA. EL PRECIO CALIDAD NO ES EL ADECUADO.
Worn out. You can only wonder why your room has stained carpet, broken fixtures and bad smells. The rooms need refurbishing. It really struck me as to why a hotel or the owner would provide a filthy room.
So I looked up who owns this.
UJAS Santa Fe LLC purchased the property in 2016 from The Hotel Group (THG).
The registered agent for UJAS Santa Fe LLC is Satish Patel, and the company is based in Anaheim, California.
So when you stay in a dirty and filthy Hilton property let Hilton know their franchiser is not up holding his end of the bargain.
Clean and staff very friendly
No complaints
The bed was very comfortable
This is where we will stay when we’re in Santa Fe. Great place
Good
Got stick in elevator. Door would not open. Someone came to help and got us out. Very scary for an 85 yr old lady Please make sure it’s fixed
The shower was absolutely horrible. I would not stay at this location again. Noticed several flies in the room as well. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone.
The room and the bathroom were extremely disappointing.
I didn't eat breakfast. And once I was actually able to get up on the bed that was really high for a handicapped person, the bed was comfortable, but it was just not safe for me as a handicapped person to be up that high.
No bars around toilet in handicap bathroom. Difficult to get into the shower. Being handicap. And the bed was extremely high. For a handicap person with a walker to get up on.
Older hotel, rooms desperately need an update. I selected a room that was obviously non-connecting on the app, but arrived to a connecting room nonetheless. The other main issue I had was being given inaccurate information regarding breakfast buffet pricing by both front desk and breakfast server. When I checked in, I specifically asked about the breakfast buffet and whether a Hilton Honors member would get a slight discount on it. Front desk said yes. Next morning I went to the buffet and asked the server there the same question. She said oh yeah you just use your “points” to pay the $15 per person when the hotel bill finalizes. I said I’m a Hilton Honors member but don’t think I have any so called “points”. She said don’t worry about it you will see the breakfast charge fall off. After breakfast, I went to front desk and asked about the “points”. This time they told me that “points”discount is only for gold and above, not for regular members. I said that wasn’t what was told to me when I checked in, and the server wasn’t being accurate about it either. She said nothing she can do about it. I felt duped and called the hotel the next day to further dispute this. They eventually refunded the charge, but all this left a bad taste in my mouth. If they explained to me accurately and told me upfront when I checked in, I would’ve given this hotel higher rating.
Cama cómoda
Nos cobraron dos veces la habitación y la caución sin decirnos nada. Dijeron que el
Doble cobro lo había hecho booking y sin seguimos esperando un reembolso
Good
Breakfast looked like a free buffet but then charged 13 per person for serve yourself eh food. I would have eaten elsewhere as even Cheep fast food would have been a better value
