I don't think that handicap room was actually a handicap room. But they said it was.
Pros:

I didn't eat breakfast. And once I was actually able to get up on the bed that was really high for a handicapped person, the bed was comfortable, but it was just not safe for me as a handicapped person to be up that high.

Cons:

No bars around toilet in handicap bathroom. Difficult to get into the shower. Being handicap. And the bed was extremely high. For a handicap person with a walker to get up on.

One night stay. I have stayed at other Double Trees in Tulsa that were very pleasant.
Pros:

The shower was absolutely horrible. I would not stay at this location again. Noticed several flies in the room as well. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Cons:

The room and the bathroom were extremely disappointing.

Old rooms need updating, not being accurate or upfront about breakfast buffet pricing
Pros:

Older hotel, rooms desperately need an update. I selected a room that was obviously non-connecting on the app, but arrived to a connecting room nonetheless. The other main issue I had was being given inaccurate information regarding breakfast buffet pricing by both front desk and breakfast server. When I checked in, I specifically asked about the breakfast buffet and whether a Hilton Honors member would get a slight discount on it. Front desk said yes. Next morning I went to the buffet and asked the server there the same question. She said oh yeah you just use your “points” to pay the $15 per person when the hotel bill finalizes. I said I’m a Hilton Honors member but don’t think I have any so called “points”. She said don’t worry about it you will see the breakfast charge fall off. After breakfast, I went to front desk and asked about the “points”. This time they told me that “points”discount is only for gold and above, not for regular members. I said that wasn’t what was told to me when I checked in, and the server wasn’t being accurate about it either. She said nothing she can do about it. I felt duped and called the hotel the next day to further dispute this. They eventually refunded the charge, but all this left a bad taste in my mouth. If they explained to me accurately and told me upfront when I checked in, I would’ve given this hotel higher rating.

Eh - not what I’m used to for this chain
Pros:

Breakfast looked like a free buffet but then charged 13 per person for serve yourself eh food. I would have eaten elsewhere as even Cheep fast food would have been a better value

Run Away!
Pros:

I stay at a lot of Hilton properties and in general not the Doubletree as they are often old and just worn out but I ended up in this one and hope that no one else ever does!
This is just a disgusting mess of a Hotel inside and out.

I do want to say up front that Erica and the Breakfast Buffet were a pleasant surprise though too!

My room was so bad that it was hard to believe honestly?
The door did not work well and barely closed or latched.
The Peephole viewer was painted shut
The room stunk the minute I entered and the adjoining room door rattled and had no deadbolt in it.
There was such a huge gap around the door that my hand fit through them
Closet doors were broken and hanging from single screws
2 Sinks one with decent pressure but could not drain and the other with no pressure really
Disgusting cleanliness everywhere and I could tell things had been wiped quickly but not cleaned at all just smeared.
Halk of the lights inoperable
And on and on.

This place is just a dump and should not be a Hilton by any standard at all.
Evidently they are renovating and I think my room was already "Renovated" to the standard they accepted too?!

Recommend staying elsewhere
Pros:

Not the best experience for a mid-tier Hilton property. We were assigned room 444 was the worst location - we heard Cerrillos Rd traffic most of the night and again in morning. Glass balcony doors are very thin and offer no noise insulation. The same barking dog was heard on and off all night. Odd smells (like sewage) came and went through the vents. Apparently the hotel is undergoing renovations, but no mention of this upon check-in, but website had these completed 31 Oct? I received a text checking on how the stay was going and mentioned the tv channel going on and off and the loud road noise. No response. This hotel will not be a return visit and is not recommended depending on your travel preferences. 2 stars are for a comfortable bed and an amazing breakfast staff. Shout out to Erica at breakfast - attentive and friendly server!
