Guests arriving after hours please contact the hotel in advance (during office hours 8:00-16:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00-16:00 Saturday and 14:00 Sunday) to arrange for after-hours key collection. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Reception is closed during public holidays.

Really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and nice comfortable oldies style room with very comfortable bed mattress and pillows.

Cons:

The lighting is not bright enough especially in dinning and kitchen area. It's too dim.

Great value for money. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Very clean, very secure and excellent location. Would be perfect for people visiting Sydney. There was also a small kitchen. Close to the railway station and the Metro. Farmers Market next door. Room was not fancy but was large. The staff were very obliging.

Cons:

Nothing.

Buena opción en Sidney
Pros:

la ubicación esta muy bien.
El apartamento tiene un buen tamaño.
El edificio y ascensor son impresionantes.
El bar PIÑA es perfecto para empezar el dia con un desayuno magnifico.
La cocina es pequeña pero suficiente.
Muy buena comunicación y mucha ayuda por parte de los empleados.

Cons:

La cama no era comoda y pequeña para dos personas.
La limpieza de la habitación, sobretodo el baño, tendria que ser mucho mejor.

Good but missing some important details
Pros:

Loved the art deco layout of the building and the room

Cons:

The lighting was very poor to be able to work. The fridge froze everything no matter what number (it was turned off at the power box when I arrived). The duvet that I pulled out of the wardrobe was badly stained. If you can't get parking at the hotel, it's a 5 minute walk to public parking which is difficult when you have a lot of luggage

Pros:

Location was excellent, close to restaurants, bars and Kings Cross tube station. The room was spacious and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom needed some TLC. PowerPoint did not work and toilet seat was too small for the toilet and was also loose.

Loved staying here and already have recommended to friends.
Pros:

Location was close to public transport and haps of places to have dinner or a coffee. Very quiet room.

Cons:

Room needs a little love, and maybe brighter lighting.
