Pros:

Employees at front desk were fine but the room conditions were poor and I have a long history of hotel stays.
I saw evidence of bugs crushed on the walls in at least 3 places in my room along with caulking in bathroom that was old and molded in need of replacement.
The 1st room I was assigned literally had poop on the top of the toilet seat!

I love the updated rooms.
Pros:

The common areas need updating. The room WAS updated. Very nice. I love places that have removed carpet from the rooms. Carpet retains odors no matter how much cleaning is done. I will be booking future stays at the same location.

Extremely poor room lighting, especially in the bathroom. Dirty carpets in the hallways. Exterior doors not locked at night. Floor tile at end of bed coming loose in several places caused me to trip twice.

This hotel could certainly use an update and more attention to cleaning pocket doors
Our tv didn’t work so front desk staff offered to upgrade us tmr ,,, hope so!
