Las instalaciones muy bonitas, cama muy cómoda, fue mi primera vez en este hotel y no esta nada mal.

Bueno en si todo estuvo bien, en la recepción el joven que me recibió no estaría mal que fuera un poco amable, a mi en lo personal no me causa problema, pienso en la gente que pueda afectarle eso, una sonrisa no le causaría nada de esfuerzo. Pero el resto del personal desde mantenimiento mucamas, meseros fue exelente

La atención del personal sin duda alguna de lo mejor desde los que te reciben la maleta hasta el recepcionista o el de mantenimiento, todos en general excelente no importaba el turno que fuera los empleados excepcionales. La habitación es amplia. Cuents con dos albercas y tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de todo.

Habia reservado una habitación con balcón y me dieron otra, el Internet la verdad pésimo nunca tuvimos una buena recepción de la red y la alberca debería de estar climatizada
