Bed was comfortable and location was good.
Price was outrageous for what we got. Paid over $300 for one night, likely due to the fact that there were several other groups who likely drove up the prices. The pool was small and kind of dingy… more like a very large bathtub. The breakfast was extremely basic (scrambled eggs from boxed eggs and very thin strips of bacon, plus some very ordinary store bought blueberry muffins and the normal continental fare). There was a waffle machine that was very popular with the baseball team kids that were staying there.

The main lady working the desk for reservations went above and beyond trying to help us as I booked with booking.com but the hotel itself had a new software program so none of the booking.com reservations were showing but she made sure we got in a room and Maria in house keeping cleaned a room for us to get into a rapid speed which we appreciated

The front desk customer service is excellent! They go above and beyond to be helpful, especially Tara. The breakfast buffet provides a large variety of options for all dietary needs and the staff is very friendly. The buffet is kept well stocked and clean. If you are looking for a property, which has friendly staff, very clean, has a wonderful breakfast and is accessible. I recommend this property.

Newly renovated. Great location for our trip.
I booked a single room for three people with 2 Queen size beds. When I was checking in I was given 1 king size bed and was told that the 2 Qweens are not available and the hotel is complete booked. Called Expedia and the reservation specialists gave me an option for me to cancel my reservation and try to book a different room somewhere else.
I was furious as we came here for a soccer tournament, we were staying at the same hotel as the rest of the team we chose the location of the hotel based on proximity of the event and you can imagine that as last minute option the day of reservation NOTHING was available anywhere with 45 min of the fields.
This is the second time in 9 months I have had reservation issue with Expedia. I will strongly recommend that people book direct or if you have an upcoming reservation done through Expedia, call the property and make sure the room you are booking is correct
