Amazing location, great hotel for the price.
Pros:

I picked this place because it was close to a musical I was watching. Lucky for me it was also close to a lot of cafes and food options, and close to the French Concession. Also a 5 minute walk to the Jing An temple.

Location and facilities are wonderful. There is a metro entrance right down the building, which is extremely convenient. The swimming pool and sauna is awesome as well.

Fine for the price but hotel needs attention and renovation.
Pros:

Location is great for proximity to subway and the neighborhood which has shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Hotel is definitely ready for renovation. Light cigarette smoke smell in rooms. One room smelled strongly of stinky food but we were able to switch that room. Shower curtain smelled mildewy.
