I think they are not very welcoming groups and not supportive
Pros:

It was old but clean

Cons:

I really didn’t like how the staff communicate and treat us, they weren’t helpful and friendly at all, they barely spoke English, we needed some help to get disneyland park tickets but unfortunately they didn’t help

L'emplacement proche de 3 lignes de métro

Cons:

Attention le prix affiché sur Booking n'est pas le prix final, il est majoré de 10% "pour frais de service" m'a t on répondu.
Déco un peu vieillote....
La piscine est décevante, le photographe qui l'a prise est particulièrement doué !

Too expensive for what is !
Pros:

The location was grear, hopefully the Aircon was working.

Cons:

Some lights were not working in the living-room, only 1 champagne glass in the kitchen when I arrived, no wine glasses. No support to dry dishes. The shelve for shampoo in the shower was broken, the carpet so dirty, the freezer completey frozen can not even open the door !
After informed their Management, only 6 wines glasses came, unacceptable for this price (3000 euros for 5 days !), I will not recommend it.

Overall, the stay was fine, but the service did not fully meet five-star expectations.
Pros:

1. Very convenient location, with a convenience store and metro station right downstairs,
2. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
3. Suitable for both business and leisure travel.

Cons:

1. The service provided by the breakfast and dinner staff did not meet a five-star standard. For example, plates were cleared without asking the guests, even while I was still holding food, leaving me unsure where to place it temporarily.

2. Although it was clearly stated in the booking that smoking rooms were not acceptable, the first room we were given had a very strong cigarette smell. I had to request a room change immediately.

3. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, housekeeping staff still rang the doorbell.

Great location and great stay - no surprises
Pros:

This hotel is very well located in the centre of the Jing An neighborhood. Large and comfortable rooms with adjustable AC, good bed, and nice facillities. It is also very close to the metro station, so it is easy to arrive.

Cons:

It is a large hotel with a diverse range of people. While the concierge was helpful in helping set up some apps that are required for the region, they aren't able to offer custom / unique recommendations (but this makes sense given the size of the hotel.

Surprise experience
Pros:

I was staying more than 2 weeks in kunlun jing an in earlier June this year. The hotel has a perfect location for travellers or short stay for business, exit 12 for metro line 14 just around the corner. Restaurants shopping are not far from hotel. In particular the swimming pool and spa facilities are useful for the summer season

Cons:

My room number was 1815, I brought breakfast left on desk one morning, then I can't see find it while I was back, I called service she explained that she thought the bag of breakfast was a rubbish thought to the bin. This is a quite surprising me how the hotel trains staff in the manner of the primacy.
