Clean. In a really bad neighborhood so bad the front lobby cannot be unlocked.
Pros:

It was very clean.

Cons:

The neighborhood, there was homeless people everywhere. Also, there is no front desk sitting in view at night. My car alarm went off late at night, which alerted my husband on his phone. My husband saw the message and ran out to turn it off. He was so worried about the car in this bad neighborhood, he forgot his phone and key to the room. I was sleeping. He went to the front door, which was locked and no one available when he pressed the button at the front door. He had no phone to call and no one available to help, he ended up sleeping in our car.

Drug addicted staff, yelling at guests. Homeless people staring at guests in hotel parking. We felt very unsafe.
Pros:

Nothing. Terrible location, staff was rude, disrespectful.

Cons:

Property and parking was surrounded by homeless people. The staff looked drug addicted, the guy at breakfast service yelled at guests. Terrible service, waste of money to stay here.

Good experience, we loved the breakfast!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet.

Cons:

We didn't have any soap or shampoo in the shower; the bottles were empty. The staff subsequently provided us with bars of soap.

Clean, Well Located, Will Stay Again
Pros:

Excellent stay, I'd stay again. The room was well contained and had a fridge and microwave in it so that was nice. Great storage availability, ironing board and iron and the multi-plug in cube was an excellent addition. It had USB ports and regular plug ins along with the same on the wall-mounted vanity with lights. If you have multiple devices to charge, you're covered. The vanity is spacious and has an incredible LED mirror. Super hot shower too.

Cons:

A couple odd things but nothing to be twisted up about are no overhead lights in the bed area, in order to use bathroom lights and hall lights, your card has to be inserted into a slot to activate them. I understand for energy conservation, that was new to me. The door lock kept clicking too, almost like someone was trying to unlock it. No one was but it was continually startling being alone. Minimal shower storage and the shampoo was almost out. It's a super tight fit and the door can't open all the way because it will hit the glass shower doors. There was no floor mat towel, no hand towel and housekeeping didn't come in to make up the bed or refresh towels. That was a bummer but not a deal breaker. And the hallway needs vacuumed more frequently. This is in a convenient location a block from Dick's Burgers and easy access to anywhere you need to go. I'm going hoping there's an available room the next time I need one. This was affordable and very pleasant.

Interior of the hotel was good, location appears unsafe.
Pros:

The room was relatively clean, the bed was comfortable, the lobby was clean, staff was polite.

Cons:

The area is terrible. I was worried for our car in the parking lot, and when we left the property I was a bit concerned for our safety due to the homeless apparent drug users on the sidewalk and in nextdoor parking lots. To be fair, I never saw any of the homeless people in the parking lot. (Also, I'm a retired police officer so I'm confident that yes, most of the homeless people I saw here are suffering from some sort of addiction and mental-health issues.)
I realize the apparent criminal activity isn't in the control of the hotel, but I will never stay in a hotel in this end of town again.
Tell your city to do something! Business owners shouldn't have to worry about their customers' safety!

Excellent. Close to Providence with easy on and off highway
Pros:

Excellent facility where surroundings are less by homeless situation. Justin and LaQuinta has done an great job of respecting the homeless and providing safety and security for the guests.

Cons:

For some the homeless distraction of the zone can make for extra caution.
