Downtown comfort.
Pros:

The beds were comfy and the location was close to all the basketball gyms we had to travel to.

Cons:

It was downtown and a little sketchy with the 7-11 intercom and spotlight going off every hour saying no loitering.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

It was right on Division, close to the Center for the Arts. Good location, but a somewhat spicy neighborhood.

Cons:

The picture in the elevator landing on the third floor. Shipping boxes…cold and I inviting.

The staff was friendly, room was clean.

Cons:

The location was a little sketchy with the homeless around. So didnt fell like you could go out side the hotel. The lighting in the room was not very good dark even with all lights on.The room was decent size the bathroom was very small for the room. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Other then that not a bad stay

Nice place, horrible location
Pros:

Free breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great amenities.

Cons:

It’s located in the pit of downtown; and many, many unhoused folks with drug addictions walking around at all hours of the night. Great for people watching if you want to see someone OD.

Comfortable, clean room with free parking
Pros:

Nice modern hotel with free parking, rooms were clean and tidy, pretty good location in Spokane. Reasonable price to stay, easy to find. Included breakfast

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic, there wasn't any fresh fruit, I think there was a bowl of apples, everything was very processed, coffee was not good. Great place to stay if you go elsewhere for breakfast I'd say
