Pros:

Our room was clean and ready at check-in.

Cons:

We ordered room service and didn't have a table large enough for two people to sit down for dinner. Also, we ordered water and it wasn't served with our meal along with our other beverages.

A major hotel group offering bijou experience! Great value
Pros:

Service at reception, check in. Gabe was great - extremely polite and helpful
Server Nicole, at the bar made us feel so at home. Very welcoming and knowledgeable of her cocktails. Lovely lady

The best part was the location a block to the beach. They only gave us two towels in our room. I called before hand and was told the pool was heated. The pool was not only cold, it had not been cleaned, and there was only one small towel available. The noise in the pool at night was very loud beacuse some kids were playing football. The coffee in the room was a small pre-filled filter. Would have expected more from a $370/night 4 star hotel. It was comparable to the Motel 6 down the street except for the price. Would not even think of returing. So much for the Elite status.

The staff telling us it was Booking.com’s fault our room was cancelled for two days, forcing us to call Booking (terrible service by the way) and then after half an hour the manager saying they had a system error and the room was available

We had a quick girls weekend trip and this hotel was a great location and stay. Pool area was great, hotel it self was clean and nice and service was amazing

Pros:

Our room was extremely dirty there was mold on the shower and the shower floor had not been cleaned and was all black there was overall the bathrooms felt like they had not been cleaned and our room was behind a car wash very noisy we could not sleep.
The elevator was out and we had to take the suitcases up two floors no one helped and then just to learn that they have given us wrong direction we had to come down with all our stuff go all the way to other side of building to find an elevator that is working and every time getting to lobby from our room was a 10 minute walk
Our room had a very short window as if you are in a basement super overpriced for what we got.

Hotel is right next to a state park with the beach a 5 minute walk from the hotel - there are several dining options across the road - again walkable- and the hotel restaurant had a great breakfast.

The room AC did not work properly. The restroom vent not working at all, super hot could not get ready due to the heat. We asked for help and no one ever came to check. We also requested towels and no one brought them. The hotel and people are nice. Wish this issue would have been taken care of.

Electric plugs in ADA room 1013 lacked ground wires I believe. Would not allow my husbands CPAP machine to work. An issue.
