Short business trip, just an overnight stay. Room as expected for the price. Bed was comfortable.

Overall good place for overnight, nice facilities, breakfast and helpful employees.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, we both were happy overall with foods available

Cons:

Employees were all friendly and very helpful. Room was good. Our only downside was very thin walls, we could hear other people talking and coughing even with my husband’s hearing loss.
Overall, a good place to stay, the handicapped shower was great and breakfast was good.😌

Cons:

It wasn't all bad but I didn't like that the tap to pay didn't work at the hotel and I was told the reader that was attached was "just for show". I didn't like that our a/c turned off in the middle of the night. I didn't like that it was 3 days between room cleaning. And I didn't like the overall price for the accommodations

Wonderful
Pros:

We have stayed here each time we visit our family in Traverse City. The front desk staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast varies from day to day and is always fresh and tasty.
