The rooms were very spacious and comfortable

Cons:

When we checked in the desk clerk gave us the wrong room number and wrote it wrong on the card. We tried to get in the room and we were meet with a lady opening the door asking why we were trying to get in her room. We explained the situation and she laughed. The desk clerk apologized and gave us a different roo.

Wonderful location, price, room and amenities for young families.
Pros:

Lots of space, great breakfast and the pool was awesome for my kids.

Cons:

There was some noise at night, but the hotel staff worked quickly to quiet it down once I called the desk.

Pros:

We arrived at the Chicago Hilton Deerfield IL to be greeted by a most cordial and helpful representative.

The hotel lobby and rooms were impeccable.

The complimentary breakfast, complete with omelette station, was a delightful surprise.

The real stars are the front desk & breakfast crew
Pros:

We stayed at Embassy Suites Deerfield and had a wonderful experience. Our suite was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the evening goody bag was a special treat.
What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the staff. Rick at the front desk is the consummate gentleman. He is absolutely delightful, welcoming guests with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel as though we were his personal guests.I believe the other gentleman’s name was Steve. He was equally kind, efficient, and hospitable throughout our stay.
We also made a small housekeeping request, and Jenny, the Housekeeping Manager, personally ensured it was taken care of, which was greatly appreciated, a young man who’d just graduated from high school who worked the front desk was also super pleasant.
While the hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were the true stars of our visit.
Thank you for such a pleasant stay. We look forward to returning again in the future

Great place
Pros:

Everything! The staff were all super nice, the room was awesome and the complimentary breakfast was top notch!

Cons:

It was like A sauna in the lobby which all the rooms open up to but it didn't affect the room at all
