I have been staying at this hotel every week [2 nights a week] for 7 years. The staff are very friendly and kind. Rick checked me in almost every week with no questions asked.
The breakfast crew was excellent. Isabel makes perfect over medium eggs. Her omelets are delicious. Irma and Estrella were also very kind. When in the area I will stay at this hotel again. Rooms were always perfect when I checked in.

Great amenities, comes with daily drink and breakfast. Isabel will make you the best custom omelet every morning.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We were there for the swimming pool/spa area for our three young grandchildren. The pool area was large, clean, and warm- which was a concern for late February. We were thrilled that the breakfast buffet was open until 10AM on the weekends. I could go down and get coffee and then wait for my grandchildren to sleep until about 8:30 and then we'd all go to breakfast around 9AM. The selection of food at breakfast was a great assortment and filled the needs for all ages in our group. In the evening the hotel offered 2 free alcohol drinks and light snacks from 5:30 - 7PM which my husband and I enjoyed both nights we were there.

Was there for an extended stay and staff were over the top, from administration to the servers! Room was clean, touched up during my stay as needed and kids loved the pool. Only issues, for us, was the pool didn't have steps or zero entry - just a ladder which is hard to get out disabled 4 year old out of. We will be back for medical and will stay here again for sure.

Irma and Estrella were incredibly friendly, insightful, kind, helpful and did an amazing job promoting the hotel’s special offers and amenities. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the omelets were made to order! Wow, we will be back.

The hotel was amazing. We were greeted by Rick at the front desk who made checking in easy and pleasant. When have breakfast everyone was amazing. Irma and Estrella went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I hope they are treated well here and they deserve a raise as how well they took care of us. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay amazing. We shall be back soon.

Wow! This was my family’s first time visiting Chicago. We came for my brother’s Navy graduation. This hotels location offers convenient access to both the city center and local event venues, making it an ideal choice for various travel needs. The rooms were very clean, and the efficient room service contributed to a more comfortable stay.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was consistently courteous and helpful. In particular, breakfast was made memorable by Irma and Estrella, whose warm hospitality and attentive service created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

For anyone planning a visit to the Windy City, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of cleanliness, convenience, and outstanding service!!! ensures a pleasant and memorable experience.

I booked here because of reviews. I read someone's review about highway noise. I reached out on the Hilton app to ask about a room away from the highway. The worker responded that she blocked me a room away from highway. I stated I was a light sleeper. When I arrived I was put on the first floor in the corner. I looked out and the highway was right out my windows. As soon as I walked into the bedroom I could smell a sweaty dirty head smell. I smelled the pillows and went and asked for some different pillows. Those didn't smell nice, but were slightly better. The mattress needs to be replaced. I felt like the bed slept on me. So between the bed and highway noise I didn't get much rest. Cobwebs above bed. They need to invest in some dusters? My partner took a shower the handle came off in her hands. Stay away from 108. Place needs an update. The highlight was the omlette we had for breakfast. Surely was a disappointment as there are many places to stay in area. Money better spent elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay under terrible circumstances, we were in town for a funeral and received wonderful service. From check in, to breakfast and an evening nightcap. Heather from the restaurant was particular wonderful. Going above and beyond, and really catering to us. Such a Jen!
