Location and room was spacious.
Room was dirty. Shower was awful. Bed was very uncomfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially the made-to-order omelettes and eggs prepared fresh on the spot. The whole atrium area is beautiful and gives the hotel a very spacious and pleasant atmosphere.
The room was very large and comfortable, and the pool was a great bonus that our kids really enjoyed. Free parking was also very convenient. The hotel offers an evening reception as well, which sounded great, although unfortunately we were not able to attend.
Overall, a very good choice for families and we would happily stay here again.
The only real downside was that the room was quite dark. Even during the daytime, we often needed to turn the lights on. A bit more natural light or brighter lighting would make the room feel much nicer.

Location is a little bit out of the way but not that bad
Isabel was the best omelet maker at breakfast! She was very kind polite and professional. All of the hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice. We stayed at this hotel in the past and we will be back!
Breakfast is fantastic.
The design of the building makes all the warm air accumulated on the top floors. It is very uncomfortable once stepping out from the room.
My second time staying at this hotel. It’s in a nice quiet location away from all the traffic noise. That being said, it’s within a 2 mile drive of many great restaurants, shopping, and food stores. The complimentary breakfast every morning is amazing. Plenty of free parking too.The staff take great care to make sure everyone is well fed. I highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing stay.
Update in July 2026: I returned to this hotel (my third visit) in June and was treated like royalty. The staff provided an incredibly warm welcome with plenty of goodies. I have never experienced this at other Embassy Suites locations. I felt valued and appreciated as a HH Gold member. Thank you! I will certainly return, if my travels bring me to the neighborhood.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable
When we checked in the desk clerk gave us the wrong room number and wrote it wrong on the card. We tried to get in the room and we were meet with a lady opening the door asking why we were trying to get in her room. We explained the situation and she laughed. The desk clerk apologized and gave us a different roo.
It was not in a heavily populated area, and kind of secluded.
