Brittany with customer service she was the reason I Stayed.

Cons:

Certain staff could use more training on professionalism also, Your corporation she training your staff that just because coworkers frequent or stay with family at the hotel they dont get special treatment their children should be allowed disturb those in other rooms with running, jumping and stomping..

The grounds and site did not feel secure
Pros:

Beds and batroom

Cons:

Security for site was terrible. Drinking on the grounds, bottles left in the parking lot. There were multiple Police visits, Homeless living on the grounds each morning. There were no towels available at front desk .

Got there pretty late hotel staff nice when checking in and got some good sleep.

Excellent front desk staff, crappy accommodations.
Cons:

Bed linens were dirty, had to ask for toilet paper and tissue from front desk. Towels were also dirty!!! Reported it to front desk at check out and never received a call from manager with so much as an apology.

Night shift worker did not correctly do our keys then completed forgot she was the one to check us the night before seemed off. Room keys where de activated by our first afternoon of a two day stay!

Disappointing.
Pros:

It was conveniently located on our way home from vacation.

Cons:

It wasn’t clean. Hair all over the bathtub and one of the comforters, dirty carpet, and bugs in the bathroom.

My stay was quick, clean, & no hassle. Enjoyed the comfortable rooms immensely!

Cons:

Locals that live in what I assume to be an extended stay or weekly/monthly motel across the parking lot. Several characters afoot that puts one on edge!
