Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the New Hotel Roblin. The location is absolutely perfect—very safe, central, and within walking distance to many major attractions, great restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip!

Great location, very close to Madeline and Opera, many tourist attractions within walking distance + great bed

Cons:

There was no coffee machine or cotton buds, and they LOST(!) my raincoat in the luggage room and couldn't find it. On top of that, the receptionist's attitude was rude, especially considering the big mistake they had made.

Très bon emplacement quelques désagréments pour un 4 étoiles

L’emplacement idéale, la chambre spacieuse, la douche italienne très fonctionnelle, bel décoration générale de l’hôtel

Cons:

La literie beaucoup trop molle et à mémoire de forme, pour ma part je préfère les matelas plus dur. De plus, nous avons demandé en amont à pouvoir garder la chambre jusqu’à 17h. Cependant, nous avons été averti par mail que nous pourrions effectuer cette demande que le matin de notre départ. Bien évidement le matin à 08h nous avons eu la mauvaise nouvelle que l’hôtel était complet et que nous ne pourrions pas garder la chambre plus longtemps. C’est dommage que cela ne puisse être anticipé.
Enfin, le lundi le bar est vraisemblablement fermé. Aussi, nous avons été surpris après une longue journée de marche et de visites de ne pas pouvoir commander à boire ni au bar ni en chambre. Nous n’avons pas eu beaucoup d’explication de pourquoi nous ne pouvions pas commander. On nous a simplement dit « vous avez de l’eau en chambre »… cependant nous ne voulions pas d’eau du robinet mis en bouteille… Nous avons dû ressortir et nous rendre à la première boulangerie pour acheter des boissons rafraîchissante. La vendeuse de la boulangerie et le patron sont, cela dit, très gentils.

Beautiful and welcoming but warm.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and cute. Big, updated bathroom with very tall shower (my 6’4” fiance was comfortable!)

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning — room was hot. We slept without covers every night.

You're really paying for the location.
Pros:

A reasonably spacious room and the hotel is in a very central location close to the metro and the Madeleine Church. Our room was quiet and clean.

Cons:

We were told that our room had been upgraded from a classic room to a superior room which is bigger in size. However, it was at attic room on the top (sixth) floor and therefore very warm despite the air conditioning. The leather chairs looked worn and tired. They had seen better days. Breakfast was not included despite the heavy price tag.
