Ski-in-ski-out and family friendly
Pros:

The hotel is ski-in-ski-out and very convenient for skiers. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, especially freshly baked breads. However, comparatively, dinner buffet is just so so with limited selections. The area is quite far from Niseko Hirafu and so very quiet, suitable for families.

Cons:

There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to Niseko Hirafu (where most restaurants, bars and supermarkets are located) but only one per hour. Thus, it is not so convenient to go to Niseko central areas for dinner.

飯店提供的設施都很驚豔，房間夠大可直接打開行李箱，隔音相當好幾乎聽不到鄰房的聲音(僅走廊上的聲音會些微傳入房間)，整體住宿體驗相當舒適

Pros:

Very good breakfast. Prices for drinks, snacks at the lobby bar are very reasonable by Niseko standards. The Annupuri cookies (still 500 yen/package) available at the shop are crowd pleasers if you are looking for souvenirs for work colleagues or friends.

Cons:

The outdoor bath is a bit small given the potential number of guests.

Tenía todo lo que se necesitaba para un viaje de esquí: una buena habitación donde descansar, un desayuno completo, alquiler de esquís y taquillas a pie de pista, onsen para después de esquiar, etc. Perfecto para el plan.

True ski in/out resort. Worth the extra money for a quiet location. Skiing to Grand Hirafu is easy.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was always stocked full of delicious food. The chefs were always happy to cook omelets or eggs to our liking. The pastries were fresh and the various types of cuisine catered for all. The buffet restaurant looks over the ski field so gives you a bird's eye view on what the runs/conditions look like.

Cons:

It wasn't that I didn't like the check-in but rather the information could have been a bit more forthcoming, so we understood what was included. For example, it was only after our first ski that we realized that we had a locker in the ski room where we could store our gear, dry it out etc. Ski storage and access details, what is included with the Onsen (everything including the fact that there is an inside and an outside Onsen) and how to use the televisions would have been handy information. The resort is fully ski in/out which is amazing. When you ask the staff for help, they are incredible, but you only get what you ask for and not much else.
