True ski in/out resort. Worth the extra money for a quiet location. Skiing to Grand Hirafu is easy.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was always stocked full of delicious food. The chefs were always happy to cook omelets or eggs to our liking. The pastries were fresh and the various types of cuisine catered for all. The buffet restaurant looks over the ski field so gives you a bird's eye view on what the runs/conditions look like.

Cons:

It wasn't that I didn't like the check-in but rather the information could have been a bit more forthcoming, so we understood what was included. For example, it was only after our first ski that we realized that we had a locker in the ski room where we could store our gear, dry it out etc. Ski storage and access details, what is included with the Onsen (everything including the fact that there is an inside and an outside Onsen) and how to use the televisions would have been handy information. The resort is fully ski in/out which is amazing. When you ask the staff for help, they are incredible, but you only get what you ask for and not much else.

Pros:

ニセコクラシックで利用しました。翌日出発が早いと伝えたら､朝食をお弁当にしてくれました。お風呂も広くて､お湯の温度も熱くなく､丁度良かったです😊

スキーinスキーoutできたのが最高。スタッフも親切。朝のビュッフェは日々メニューが異なるだけでなく、特別高級な食材でなくとも美味しいものを提供しようという企業努力というか真心を実感できた。炭水化物、野菜、果物、タンパク質をバランス良く摂取できるパワーブレックファスト。好き！

Looking for a quiet location away from the chaos of Grand Hirafu, this is the place.
Pros:

Clean, friendly, ski in and out. Onsite ski rental with helpful staff. Very quiet location. Onsite restaurants very good. Bus stop at the hotel to other locations in the Niseko area very convenient.

Cons:

Lack of village activity with only a few restaurants in the area.

Pros:

Great breakfast, hospitable staff, excellent location and good sized rooms for a short - medium stay. Excellent baggage services/staff who were very helpful.

Cons:

Onsen was a little on the smaller side during busy times of the day - but easily accessible and well maintained. Bar area was a little small and closed earlier than we would like.

Great spot for skiing
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with ski hire on site and lockers available for overnight storage, which was excellent.
Breakfast options were vast and of good quality. On-site, the free car park was useful, but it is an open-air facility, so the car had to be cleared regularly.
The restaurants on site offered varied, well priced food.

Cons:

The laundry rooms were poorly equipped; there were only 4 washing machines, and the dryers were not very efficient. The beds and pillows were quite hard, and some of the party did not like them.
Ski in/out was useful, but there were issues (not hotel-related) getting back to the hotel if the lifts were closed. The ski bus was not particularly regular and often busy.

Uncomfortable bed but great location
Pros:

Great Location and tasty Buffet Restaurant. An'nupuri offers some great slopes for carving, which we liked a lot.
