It met my needs for what I needed. A place to sleep and shower
Pros:

Convenience to the highway. Staff was prompt and friendly. Staff were accommodating for requests for additional towels.

Cons:

Ants in the dry cereal. Toilet did not flush properly, however, this was addressed upon reporting it.

Would like a pitcher of real Half n Half for coffee. The little cups are not as good. Went to other place for coffee.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service and they had me a room reserved on the 3rd floor. I have a bad knee and wasn’t going to be able to climb 3 flights of stairs. So the guy on duty told me I could cancel my reservation without a penalty, but I was still charged for a room I never stayed in

We won’t be coming here again
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety.

Cons:

Only two things to do in the fitness room.
No security at the side entrances.
Our toilet seat was coming off halfway, but was replaced rapidly when we talked to the front desk.
Flood on the room above us that leaked into our bed that made it wet during the night
