Pros:

The breakfast was above average for a hotel. The staff called to shortly after checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Cons:

The external door to the parking lot didn't close securely or lock. We had a family with 3 kids above us that made quite a racket late at night.

Pros:

It was ok. But the staff steal. We had a bag of collectable rocks, over $200 worth that we left in the room. When we called to ask them to ship it to us, the person who cleaned our rooms claimed they didn't see it. Very Frustrating.

Cons:

The fact that whomever cleaned our room kept my son's collection from our vacation. So rude. Lying is the worst right along with stealing.

My stay was very good for the most part all but the pookgʻ⁵⁵
Pros:

The breakfast was okay but it could have been a little better. But not complaining about it. The over all stay was great. The only thing that could have been better is the pool because it sty FULL and we didn't get to enjoy it like we wanted to because there was no room in the pool. Maybe it would help if u all added another smaller pool something.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like about are stay was the pool stayed FULL and we couldn't get and enjoy iit.

The Manager and staff were very professional and accommodating. The carpets could use some updating!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was using Booking.com to make reservations. This was my 1st time using this company, I received their email conformation, but they failed to officially confirm my reservation for 2 nights with Comfort Inn and Suites. Upon arrival, there was no record of my name or reservation so I had to pay twice for the same night, very stressful. Therefore, I cancelled my reservation with Booking.com for both nights. But Comfort Inn and Suites did at least refund my stay for the night. Although I paid the extra fee $12.07 for unconditional cancellation, Booking.com is impossible to contact via email or the 888-850-3958 to speak with AI and wait for a response at some point in time to get a refund. **FYI... I started reservation with Trivago and was directed to Booking.com
