Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr reichlich und sehr schön angerichtet. Da wir zum ersten Mal in Hannover übernachten haben, war die Lage in Ordnung. Man hat uns auch schnell eine zusätzliche Wolldecke besorgt,da bei meiner Freundin Schüttelfrost sich eingestellt hat.

Cons:

Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war ein wenig übertrieben.

Es hat uns trotzdem sehr gefallen
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich, hat zusätzlich eine Zudecke besorgt.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren waren sehr übertrieben, hätten für Hotelgäste umsonst sein können.
30 Euro für einen Tag, sehr heftig

Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist sein Geld nicht wert. Benutzte Tassen werden auf den Zimmer nicht ausgetauscht, sondern einfach umgedreht und sollen dann erneut benutzt werden von den Gästen. Shampoobehälter sind zwar vorhanden, aufgefüllt werden diese jedoch nicht. Ich habe 4 Tage dort verbracht und trotz Beschwerde wurden weder die Tassen getauscht noch das Shampoo aufgefüllt.

Wir werden das Novotel grundsätzlich weiterhin bevorzugen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist toll!
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend!
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man kommt von dort überall hin.

Cons:

Man könnte ein bisschen mehr auf die Sauberkeit achten, z.B. im Eingangsbereich.
Durch die Renovierung der Tiefgarage war die Parksituation etwas herausfordernd.
