Heerlijk verblijf, waar de minpunten ruimschoots werden gecompenseerd door de pluspunten.
Pros:

Heerlijke ruime kamer en erg vriendelijk personeel. En het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid en daar hebben we zeker van genoten. Ook de ligging van het hotel is super, vlak bij een park en de Lister Meile, echt een aanrader.

Cons:

Het gebrek aan parkeer mogelijkheden was jammer, de parkaargarage in het complex kost 30 euro voor 24 uur. Daarnaast was er 1 lift defect, waardoor de wachttijden bij de enige overblijvende lift soms lang waren. Als laatste konden we de fitnessruimte niet vinden, de weg ernaar toe was niet aangegeven.

Overall, we are so glad we stayed at Novotel Hannover for over 10 days of our trip.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and fantastic staff. We had breakfast at many hotels in Germany but this hotel was by far our favourite. Fresh and tasty but not too salty. Staff were always kind and attentive and took actions promptly. The room was spacious and loved the free water bottles. We stayed with two kids and the two extra cots were very nice to have. Also, Lister Platz is our favourite location in Hannover so it was very nice to just walk around the block. Very close to the train station too.

Cons:

There was a construction right outside our window and we could hear the pounding sound at 7am. Also the construction workers were right outside which made us a little bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated and I could see the efforts to keep it clean but I hope it gets renewed for our future stay.

Lage wirklich perfekt. Ausstattungi teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Ausblick nicht so schön dafür aber sehr ruhig trotz
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Direkt an der Lister Meile und der Eilenriede. Trotzdem sehr leise.

Cons:

-Der Ausblick war nicht besonders schön
- und es gibt keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze sondern nur ein angrenzendes recht teures Parkhaus
-saunabereich verwaist. Whirlpool leer. Sauna nicht richtig heiß

Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, dank des sehr freundlichen Personals
Pros:

Das sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant (Frühstück) sowie die Lage

Cons:

Es hat uns leid getan, dass das Personal beim Frühstück unterbesetzt war. Trotzdem hat es die Ruhe bewahrt, aber die Leitung sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das Personal nicht überstrapaziert wird.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Frühstück war super.
Hotel ist sehr sauber und gemütlich.
Nur einer von zwei Fahrstühlen hat funktioniert, aber da wir in der 4. Etage unser Zimmer hatten war es für uns ok

Clean and cozy hotel in a quite neighborhood

The AC worked perfectly and the room was quite. It's moderate size and the bed was comfortable.
