Das Hotel war i.O ausgenommen das Zimmer Petsonal
Pros:

Es war sehr zentral und das Frühstück war super .
Ebenfalls die Bedienung beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Zimmer Personal hat jeden Tag etwas vergessen. Keine Badewäsche kein Bodentuch und die Kleenex nicht aufgefüllt.

Hotel mit Parkabzocke ‼️

Cons:

Katastrophal die Parksituation. Ich komme seit 20 Jahren in das Haus. Hätte ich allerdings gewusst, dass - entgegen der Beschilderung - am Hotel keine Parkplätze mehr zur Verfügung stehen, sondern 2 Etagen tiefer ohne Zugang zum Hotel - angeblich wegen Renovierung, hätte ich die Buchung storniert
Hinzukam dann noch die unverschämte Belastung . Von 16:00- Abfahrt 26.06. 10:00 sage und schreibe 33,00€.
Das hat es noch nie gegeben. Sonst gab es immer wie in anderen Hotels einen maximalen Höchstpreis ca. 20,00€.
Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich mich so habe abziehen lassen !
Ohne vernünftiges Parken zum Max Höchstpreis werde ich nicht mehr buchen. ‼️

Preis-/Leistingsverhöltnis stimmt nicht - für den hohen Betrag haben wir mehr erwartet. Personal super nett.

Tolles Abendessen im Restaurant

Cons:

Tiefgarage sehr teuer - gehört nicht zum Hotel - jedoch Zugang über TG möglich
Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht
Hotel wird renoviert - Zimmer sind mit Folie bedeckt - sollte gesagt werden
Gegen 7 Uhr hört man schon die Arbeiter am Gerüst
Fahrräder können nur ihn einem engen Raum abgestellt werden

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Spielecke für Kinder, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Zimmerausstattung und große Räume.

Cons:

Frühstück war uns leider zu teuer, deswegen haben wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Overrated and overpriced
Cons:

It looks much better in the pictures, the parking costed 30€ for one night, staff was pretty indifferent, I traveled with my baby, the initial baby bed was dirty, unstable and without bedding, which was changed after my request. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Facilities are pretty updated, kinda smelly place, definatly overated and overpriced for what it offers. Location was idel for me.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a metro station and shops nearby. It’s also not far from the Hauptbahnhof, and there is a huge forest close by. I really loved the location. The room was small and clean
