It was very nice out, nostalgic, clean, vibrant. The variety and restaurants was nice. There’s a problem with the air-conditioning in my room. It was very uncomfortable to stay.

the hotel is really pretty and the decor is amazing. my room was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
there is a club upstairs and the separate elevator was not being used. so the customers of the hotel had to be inconvenienced by waiting in line with club customers and crowded in packed elevators with club customers.

Horrible location and staff.
We had a terrible experience with customer service. No response from our emails for days prior to our trips.
Was staying here and had a dead battery on my vehicle. Needed to borrow a wrench to remove a singular bolt and after waiting for over 2 1/2 hours and being told repeatedly someone was coming to assist, I was then told they would not even let me borrow the tool as it was a liability. That is factually incorrect. No one was willing to help in any way and the head of security just kept repeating the same line as if he were an ignorant sheep. This was in the middle of the day and the hotel, understandably so now, was not busy at all. The glaring lack of competence and lack of concern was staggering. I would never stay at this hovel again, even if it were offered for free. Disgusting employees. Hopefully it goes out of business or changes hands very soon.
Mo and Angel are awesome! I always stay at the Colee for work and the Valet is always a wonderful experience.

The extremely high fee for parking along with the noise & traffic from the hotel bar was ridiculous.
I had an amazing weekend at Hotel Colee. From check-in to check-out, Andrea and the entire team were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Special thanks to Elliott, Emanuel, JP, and Dwight, who consistently greeted me and made sure everything throughout my stay was going perfectly.
The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of Buckhead, within walking distance of Lenox Mall, which made it very convenient. The rooftop lounge is especially impressive and a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Colee and look forward to returning.
Great location great staff and good food. Very friendly and professional staff. Quamie was awesome he came and explained to me how my thermostat works. The pool was clean water very refreshing and inviting. I would recommend this hotel and definitely will be going back there
This hotel lived up the autograph collection name . From checking in with Dwight and Jessica at the front desk to meeting maintenance men Great and Quamie on the on the elevator I felt like I was a part of the family. My room was very clean and well maintained I had no issue whatsoever. I asked for a late check out and it was granted. I love the location smack right beside the mall and the Marta IT was easy for me to get to and from downtown Atlanta. Highly recommended ,I will be coming to hotel collection again.
