This is an older Hampton Inn but appears to be well maintained. The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. Our room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. We appreciated the little extras: coffee available 24 hours, complimentary fresh fruit, and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening.
Excellent location…easy on and off the highway. Hotel is clean and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Everything was excellent, although I should have brought my own pillow. The room's pillows were very soft, which is painful on my neck. I need firm pillows that provide support instead of collapsing into a thickness of zero.

It to it out travel plans
We needed a break with a long family care situation. We took a break and stayed in Winchester and relaxed. Hampton Inn was just perfect. Breakfast was great!

Staff was so pleasant and helpful, my room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is conveniently just off the highway with easy access to amenities. The only downside is the very thin walls. I could hear everything from the hall, room next door and the stomping upstairs as well as the traffic outside.
