很方便，離車站很近，小七就在樓下。

Cons:

房子有年代了，熱水瓶使用上有問題，反應後立即換新的；因為訂的是邊間的房間，三張床幾乎佔滿七、八成空間，如果你有意住這裡，需注意房型合不合適。

Convenient stopover.
Pros:

Location- right by Shinagawa station- in order to get train from Haneda, and access shinkansen next day. Easy to check in and out, late night restaurants and kombini nearby. We had breakfast buffet 10-15mins walk away at the Prince Hotel Slope Side Diner Zakuro-

Room size pretty small.
