Not good, never again.
Pros:

Maybe staff.

Cons:

Facilities, complicated for first time to find the hotel. No luggage service, room isn’t good. Hard to control air conditioning. So many elevators to reach a room. Just wasn’t good.

Grand hôtel confortable à proximité des transports
Pros:

Cet hôtel se situe à proximité immédiate de la station Shinagawa, ce qui rend toute la ville accessible par les transports en commun. Les chambres sont vastes pour le Japon, avec une très belle vue sur la ville; le lit était très confortable et la salle de bain bien équipée et avec une bonne pression d'eau. Le petit déjeuner japonais (au buffet japonais de la tour annexe) était varié et savoureux; sans aucune attente (au contraire du buffet principal pris d'assaut dès 6h le matin).

Cons:

Pas grand chose à dire. C'est assez cher malgré le yen faible. L'accès est assez confus la première fois; il faut monter au 7ieme étage pour trouver l'accueil puis prendre un autre ascenseur pour rejoindre les chambres. Comme l'hôtel n'est pas très loin de la gare et de l'aéroport, on peut entendre parfois le bruit de la ville et des avions mais ça reste marginal.

room get older and un-renovated year after year. For 300€ a night you expect better than decoration from 70's and many wall damages
