Pros:

Location in front of the station and with several shopping options on-site. The breakfast is amazing, loved the Japanese and western variety.
Room was squeaky clean and nice view from our top floor.
It’s a large hotel and can get crowded to check in, but staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room decor is like going back to the 80’s! Could have an update!

De ligging t.o.v. station, winkeltjes en restaurants, het ontbijtbuffet is zeer divers en smakelijk.
Ook positief was dat we een verlengde uitcheck kregen omdat we ‘s avonds via onze touroperator naar een andere kamer zouden gaan

Cons:

Kleine, gedateerde kamer en badkamer. Veel te groot en massaal hotel, daardoor onpersoonlijk. Enorme eetzaal met lange wachtrijen voor het ontbijt. Het feit dat je ‘s avonds nergens een kop koffie kan krijgen anders dan op de 39e etage waar je dan eerst een toegangsprijs van 700 yen p.p moet betalen!

In the higher floors, we woke to great views of Mount Fuji. Loved how close it is to Shinagawa train station.
Pros:

Certain levels in the annex towers had updated and clean rooms. Recommend going for the higher towers. Was disappointed in the lower rooms that felt like they were part of a completely different hotel that needed updating and better cleaning.

Definitely not a business Hotel, very tiny rooms not even space to leave the suitcase on the room I need to store it inside the tiny wardrobe!
I paid for breakfast and was not even able to reach the restaurant line up every morning, disgusting!!!!!

Pros:

The location was good, close to the Metro.
Enjoyed visiting the Aquarium adjacent to the building

Cons:

The Shinagawa Prince "Towers" that we stayed at was separate from the main building in a way that was confusing for even the local drivers to find. Very inconvenient for us.
The dinner buffet was outrageouly expensive ($55+ per person), considering the mediocre quality of food.
Left feeling practically ripped off.
The breakfast buffet was decent, but it was very crowded after 7:30 AM or so. Long line.
200+ people. Even though the restaurant itself is a large and spacious venue, we were squeezed in.
