掃除、リネン交換は不用にしたが、タオルだけ足りないのが、言いにくかった
ミルクと砂糖と混ぜる棒があったが、コーヒーも紅茶もなかったので、使い道がわからなかった

Va bene solo se piacciono gli hotel enormi
Pros:

La posizione è buona perché a due passi dalla stazione di Shinagawa… che però è grandissima.

Cons:

Il check-in automatico ha portato via un sacco di tempo, così come il recupero dei bagagli arrivati da un altro hotel per la lunga fila (un punto ritiro/consegna per tutte le torri). Prezzi della colazione esagerati e non ci sono molte alternative nelle immediate vicinanze (noi abbiamo fatto colazione in stazione…). Camera pulita ma datata, la doccia non aveva neanche il miscelatore. Non c’erano prese vicino ai letti.

Very enjoyable experience

Really enjoyable experience overall.
Good location if you are taking Shinkansen to another city because it’s really close to shinagawa station.
Rooms are big, clean, and well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Quick and easy check in and out.

You honestly can't beat the location of this hotel. It is a 2min walk from Shinagawa Station which has access to all the local JR lines but also the Shinkansen lines.

The location of this hotel bought us back! Half our group were flying from Haneda and half from Narita so the location of Shinagawa was perfect for easy (and not overwhelming) access for both airports.
