Muy cerca de la estación de trenes; esto lo hace un alojamiento muy cómodo cuando viajas en tren y vas de paso. La habitación adecuada en sus instalaciones, baño amplio, amenities ok.
No puedo opinar sobre el desayuno porque para acceder al comedor había una fila interminable. Desayunamos en una pequeña cafetería muy agradable del 2o piso

Cons:

Un hotel enormeeeeeee, no respeta la escala humana, varios edificios, varias galerías, muchos grupos de ascensores, fácil perderse. La información que ofrece el personal en los múltiples lobbies es confusa y difícil de seguir (más allá de las barreras idiomáticas y culturales), perdimos mucho tiempo en encontrar la recepción y más aún la habitación. Todo después de 28 horas de viaje

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel.
Pros:

Close to the train station and next to 7/11. There’s also a food court and bowling alley in the same building.

Cons:

It didn’t have some of the amenities like comb, shave, and cotton buds.

Cons:

Old hotel that could do with room updates. Very small rooms.
Very rigid on check out times etc. Out of 3000 rooms, they wouldn’t allow me to extend my checkout until 2, despite me offering to pay. They told me there were clients coming into that room. It was a standard room and find it hard to believe that all 3000 plus rooms were booked out for that evening.
Staff service was amazing.
No room service or ability to get take away food from the restaurants. Not even a coffee.

Highly recommend this hotel for Tokyo visit. It’s located close to Shibuya without being in the middle of it and equally

Great location and facilities. Close to everything including 7-11, restaurants and train station across the road. Loved that it has self service laundry for guests to use.

Cons:

Carpet in bedrooms looked shabby and felt a little unclean. Needs good shampoo but they give you slippers to wear so that is useful.

I had a great stay in my last 4 days in Tokyo, it’s easy to navigate, close to the main station, and easy to get around.
Pros:

Lots of things to do on site. Easy to get on the train to go elsewhere. Check-In was at 3, but there’s a movie theater on the property, I put my luggage on hold at the counter and I was able to waste some time watching a movie. There’s also an aquarium on the property, bowling, and lots of things to do before check in.

Cons:

Beds could’ve been comfier.
