I was disappointed.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The beds are smaller than I expected and very uncomfortable. I was very stiff when the next morning. I ask for extra towels and 2 extra pillows because our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 small children, The room came with 2 small pillows and 2 sets of towels. I call the front desk and spoke to the 3-11pm team member and asked for 2 additional pillows and 2 more sets of towels she told me okay. We I went get the items there was a shift change and I was told she was left with no linen. She did not bother to look. The main purpose for the hotel stay was due to a clogged drain which caused my home to be with our water until the plumber could come back to complete the repair.

Need to at least have the basics for the property, which they don’t
Pros:

The staff was very friendly Micka Andrews especially and being a former hospitality employee I know the struggles of working somewhere where they not equip for service

Cons:

What I didn’t like where online stated that the rooms have a refrigerator and microwave apparently that’s not the case. Only certain rooms have microwaves in refrigerator not accept it.

Pros:

There was dead and alive roaches... You could tell this is where people sold and did drugs and also prostitution. They wouldn't give me a full refund even though I hadn't touched the bed they put in another room and the heater didn't work. Overall would never come back. Front desk staff was great.

The company service is better than the Quality Inn in that location.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Terrible and disgusting
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was amazing.

Cons:

There were roaches everywhere. There were piles of disgusting trash outside our door. There were kids living there that were playing outside our door that made noise all morning long. People were hanging around outside and by my vehicle and made it very uncomfortable.

The location was good. close to everything

The bed and blankets cause an allergic reaction and itching. couldn't sleep at all, they had old leftover soap from previous visitors.
