Cheltenham races stay
Pros:

Friendly, courteous staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our large group (19) Especially the team lead in the restaurant who ensured we had a great experience despite us needing to change the time of our restaurant booking at the last minute and adding an extra guess! Nothing was a problem. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

Excellent
Pros:

The friendliness of staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we check out. Food was delicious. We were served by a lad called Jacob, very polite, and friendly. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfy, best sleep in a long time. Very pleased with our stay. Booked again for my 60th in October.

A lovely stay.
Pros:

The room was very large, with a sofa, which is a nice touch. There were big windows, although our room didn't have a view.
The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice tea tray and also a can of water.
The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and lovely and warm.
BREAKFAST was delicious with lots of choice, all freshly prepared. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad, muesli and yogurt with the hotel honey. (The honey is delicious, I purchased a jar from reception).
There are lovely dining pods outside, which would make a lovely treat for a special occasion.

Cons:

The room was sadly let down by the carpet, which had quite a few stains on it.
