Love the location. Rooms and presentation on arrival was stunning. Breakfast amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately renovations were going on which I didn’t know about. Also two staff members at breakfast were making fun of a customer which wasn’t good. Room cleaned very late one day of our stay (after 3pm) when we had brought the little ones back for a nap. Not a great job done on it but probably rushing as they knew we were waiting fur the room.
Have been before and had a 10 out of 10 experience then and would not hesitate about returning.

Das erste an uns vergebene Zimmer , am Abend der Ankunft,
Zimmer Nr 721 ,mussten wir wegen enormer
Immissionsbelastung , (Lärm bis tief in die Nacht und bereits wieder in den frühen Morgenstunden) wahrscheinlich hervorgerufen durch das Heizungs- und Entlüftungssystem, zurückgeben.

Man erhält viel für sein Geld, und London ist nun wirklich eine super teure Stadt ;-)

Top Lage, Top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Top Gym und grosses Hallenbad. Es ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was auch seinen Charme hat. Das Personal gibt sich alle Mühe, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten

Cons:

Zimmer riechen etwas muffig, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Teilweise nicht so sauber (z.B. im Dampfbad Haare am Boden). Der Lift ist sehr langsam, vor allem am Morgen zur Frühstückszeit muss man lange warten
