Poor and disappointing.

The location is its only redeeming feature.

Cons:

The property is undergoing construction and this was not advised to me when checking in that it was above my room which started at 7.30am until 6.30pm with horrendous noise. In addition the room is in need of refurbishment and at best can be described as tired. There was mould in the bathroom across the top of the walls. Paint chipped everywhere and the beds fabric coming away. The towels are not 5 star standard.

Absolutely loved this hotel- we will be back!

So central and perfect for moving around London.
Room was lovely and spacious and a comfy bed after a long day of seeing the sights.
Great breakfast in the morning.

awful, avoid at all costs.
Pros:

The room and the whole hotel was dreadful, they portray that the construction works do not affect the quality of the hotel experience, when in fact they do. From arrival things could not have been worse, the check in, quality of the room, the view from both windows looking onto scaffolding and a brick wall, then concierge apparently bringing me a fresh bottle of water to my room at 2am, waking me up to tell me that he was stocking my room!!! followed by the construction works starting at 5am!!!! Very scary experience and overall the hotel is possibly the worst hotel that I ever stayed in.

Cons:

customer service, decor, quality of food, quality of room, the hotel should be closed during a complete refurb in my view.
