Important information:

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form that will be sent by the property. If you plan to bring your pet with you, please note that a GBP 35 cleaning fee will be applied. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the swimming pool unless supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children under 18 years of age, supervised by parents or guardians aged 18 or over can access the swimming pool from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 21:30 and on weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. Please note that Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to June.

As we approach our 120th year, The Dilly are delighted to announce the beginning of an extensive renovation programme that will restore our hotel as one of Piccadilly’s most iconic landmarks.

From May, our new entrance and lobby will reopen, signalling the start of our detailed bedroom refurbishment. The Dilly appreciate your cooperation and understanding whilst we undergo this exciting transformation.

We're thrilled to announce that Madhus of Mayfair will reopen on June 4th, with a stunning transformation of the restaurant and bar, making it one of the most prestigious dining rooms in all of London.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist neben dem Picadilly Circus gelegen, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar, viele Parks und schöne Geschäfte, London wie es leibt und lebt! Sehr stilvolles Hotel, liebevoll hergerichtetes Zimmer, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

An exceptionally memorable stay
Pros:

The Dilly was exceptionally beautiful. The restaurants and the spa are the best place to unwind. The room is spacious with comfortable beds and the staffs upgraded our room on arrival which was a big surprise. We also received complimentary chocolates and wine which shows how thoughtful and generous The Dilly is. My friend and I had a memorable time and we’re definitely coming back :) A big thanks to The Dilly Teams…

Pros:

The Dilly surpasses all my expectations.
The extra special touches. The decorations in our room to celebrate our 16th anniversary we're beautiful, that plus bottle of bubbly and chocolates.
Staff were lovely. The newly refurbished bar is exceptional.
Pool is lovely and steam room surprisingly big for a London hotel.
Location perfect.
Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful stay.

Cons:

The Toilet in the room needed a pump to make it work, not a great problem but that’s all we found. 😉

La ubicación muy bien, muchos detalles del hotel muy mal, se la pasaron dejándome notas diciendo que "lamentaban" la situación

La habitación era para tres personas, por el precio hubiera esperado al menos 2 camas pero una era un catre nefasto, había dos baños en la habitación pero uno no servía y al reportarlo me dijeron que no podían arreglarlo pero que como tenía 2 baños en la habitación pues que usara el otro, el primer día usé uno de los vasos del baño para tomar una medicina y al día siguiente lo dejaron sucio en el lugar como si fuera limpio, una de las lámparas del cuarto o servía y nunca la arreglaron, el secador del pelo no servía y al solicitar otro me dijeron como si en mi vida hubiera usado un secador "es que tiene que apretar el botón" a lo que le dije, "no, si sé como se usa, lo que te estoy diciendo es que el que está en la habitación NO funciona" y finalmente si me llevaron uno que si funcionaba.
En general, para lo que pagué lo único bueno era la ubicación pero la experiencia bastante mala en general, muy por debajo de un hotel promedio

perfecte uitvalsbasis maar zeker geen 5 sterren waard.

heel verouderde kamers met luide airco vol stof
oud versleten vast tapijt en badkamer waarvan bad afbladderde en zielige douchekraan.
Wij kregen een upgrade van een executive kamer naar een suite en hadden hoge verwachtingen. De kamer was echter oud en heel erg donker. Geen uitzicht. Onze dochters kregen de executive kamer en die was eigenlijk veel beter. Lichter en leek in iets betere staat. De amenities waren wel allemaal in orde en verzorgd. Welkomst wijn, chocolade en vers fruit. Maar jammer genoeg kon dat onze mening niet veranderen. Kamer werd ook niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf maar voor ons maakte dat eigenlijk niet echt uit.
Vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend en verzorgd ontbijt. Bar en ontbijtzaal wel heel mooi!
