Great location for tourist adventures in London that could use some upgrades.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Staff was thoughtful. Warm welcome.

Cons:

The sheets are very scratchy and cheap feeling, as were the towels. Pool/sauna facility was pretty run down. For the unbelievably high price we paid for this room I expect better linens.

Great value for money and super location
Pros:

Very reasonably priced for the suite
Exceptionally warm welcome and breakfast was great!

Cons:

It's a bit run down, old TVs, chipped woodwork paint, dated styling, in need of a significant redecoration. The reception is currently being renovated so access is through a side door.

Brilliant stay
Pros:

Excellent and friendly staff. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Rooms were spacious and very clean

Cons:

Some of the hotel is undergoing refurbishment but this really wasn't a problem. It was well managed and caused minimum problems
Main problem was the room was too hot and the air conditioning was ineffective

Pros:

We had an unforgettable stay at The Dilly in March 2026. It was my son’s first trip to London and also his birthday, so I wanted it to be extra special. I messaged the hotel in advance, and we were welcomed with a wonderful surprise; the room was beautifully decorated for his birthday and filled with thoughtful gifts. My son was over the moon!
The hotel was spotless, the service was great, and the location is simply perfect. We also loved the breakfast there were so many options. We had a very satisfying meal with delicious omelets and croissants. A huge thank you to the thoughtful team at The Dilly for making this trip so memorable for us. We still have the gifts! We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

When the downstairs refurb is complete this is potentially a great spot.
Pros:
