A pleasant stay in a centrally located hotel that has definitely seen better days.
Pros:

Centrally located for the event we attended. Most staff very pleasant. Building work wasn't too intrusive.

Cons:

Hotel looked run down, in the bedroom the brown furniture was chipped, the bedhead leather was scratched. In the pool changing room we tried 7 lockers to find one that worked. Pool staff were bored and frustrated at the lockers. Some bulbs were blown in the stairwells. The conservatory was dirty on the outside and the high level mirror dusty. Overall the hotel gave the air of an old 4 star with a pool that had not received the necessary investment over the years. Needs a good manager to stay on top of the place.

Geweldig hotel , lekker ontbijt, afternoon tea en super ligging kortbij metro om alles in Londen te ontdekken.

Pros:

Mycket centralt läge i London. Vänlig och serviceinriktad personal. God frukost i fin matsal. Tyvärr håller man på att bygga om hotellet så arbete pågår vilket drar ner helhetsintrycket.

Cons:

Ombyggnationen drar ner intrycket och priset är lite väl högt även om det är mitt i London.

Odanın ısınma problemi vardı. Oda içinde ısıtıcı yok klima yeterli çalışmıyordu. Portable ısıtıcı almak durumunda kaldık. Odalar çok eski odanın zemini yürüdükçe ahşapları ses çıkarıyordu. Ayrıca mini bar yok dolayısıyla soğutucu su yok soğutucu olmaması büyük bir problem.

Birthday celebrations with an afternoon tea
Pros:

We have just had afternoon tea at The Dilly in Piccadilly . One of the best afternoon tea’s we have had and we have been to a lot of them around London. Staff were really helpful and Panaj served us and was really efficient and kind. It was my friend birthday and they made it really special. It was a really beautiful restaurant area. We would definitely recommend and was reasonable price to come back again. Thank you

Top Lage und freundliches Personal, aber die Zimmerqualität und der Zustand des Hotels entsprechen aktuell nicht dem 5-S
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut top – besser geht es kaum. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, wie Soho, Chinatown, Regent Street und Oxford Street. Zudem sind Bus und U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, was den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel macht. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Service von Hossein an der Rezeption, der uns nach einem schlechten Start sofort geholfen und uns ein deutlich besseres Zimmer organisiert hat. Vielen Dank für die Freundlichkeit und Unterstützung.

Cons:

Der erste Tag war leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben zunächst ein Zimmer am Ende eines sehr langen Ganges bekommen, das Bett war für zwei Personen zu klein, der Safe hat nicht funktioniert und der Wasserdruck war schwach. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel aktuell im Umbau, wodurch es insgesamt nicht wie ein 5-Sterne-Hotel wirkt. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise veraltet und entspricht nicht dem erwarteten Standard.

MIO FIGLIO ERA SOTTO ANTIBIOTICO E PERCIÒ L antibiotico ANDAVA TENUTO IN FRIGO , il frigo in camera c era ma era vuoto e non funzionante … per questo ho chiesto alla reception se potevano tenerlo loro , la ragazza è stato cordiale a tenerlo nel loro frigo , ma ovviamente ogni sera dovevo dare a mio figlio l antibiotico quindi era sempre un sali e scendi , ogni sera c era un impiegato alla reception scortese e maleducato che diceva che negli alberghi solitamente il figo non c è mai nelle camere ( cosa assurda )
Quindi ogni sera mi guardava male e mi snobbava solo perché chiedevo di tenere l antibiotico in frigo
Come se fosse una mia colpa del disservizio che c era in camera cioè dell assenza del frigo !!!!

Fantastic hotel with great staff and amenities.

Location was excellent; staff helpful, service was above and beyond

Cons:

Renovations at the moment but we weren’t disturbed all of the staff made us feel welcome and attended to from the minute we arrived.
