The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form that will be sent by the property. If you plan to bring your pet with you, please note that a GBP 35 cleaning fee will be applied. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the swimming pool unless supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children under 18 years of age, supervised by parents or guardians aged 18 or over can access the swimming pool from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 21:30 and on weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. Please note that Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to June.

Cons:

Die Lüftung in Zimmer war schlecht. Es gab Flecken auf den Vorhängen und auf der Vorhangschiene. Der Fernseher war nicht gerade aufgehängt sondern verbogen.

Wonderful 2 night stay in central London
Pros:

The Dilly location is just perfect ! Close to all the areas in London . On your right you have Mayfair area and on your left you have Regent street , SoHo and Oxford street at the end . I truly enjoyed my stay and special touches like a bottle of wine Chocolates and fruits . Everyone was so helpful. I will return.

Rooms are dark or maybe the room I was given which was a courtyard room .

Five-star hospitality that made our London trip extra special!
Pros:

From arrival to departure our stay was wonderful! We arrived early morning and could not check in and the front desk happily stored our luggage until check-in. The bell staff was very professional and prompt in bringing up our luggage once we did check in. When we opened our room doors we were welcomed with a lovely decorated bed with towel swans, rose petals, wine, chocolates & a sweet note. Our 2nd room for our adult daughters also had a similar welcome. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel itself was very clean and beautiful! Highly recommend and will definitely go back for our next visit to London!

Not as good as previous stays.
Pros:

Love the location and the bed comfort as well as room size. The leisure facilities of the gym and pool are also very good.

Cons:

Many guests left non hotel food and rubbish outside rooms which was sometimes not collected until late afternoon.
