Decent, but different from marketing
Pros:

We found the staff friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The beds were comfier than we expected. The location of the hotel was convenient!

Cons:

Honestly, our room did not look anything like the ones pictured on Booking.com. We were assigned a twin bed room with stark purple walls, which felt pretty grim. The rug was pretty dirty too. And the bathroom was tiny. Overall, we felt that the marketing on the site was misleading.

We booked our room without breakfasts, and they wanted to upsell us a EUR 14 breakfast on arrival. We saw the breakfast buffet and were glad to skip it. It seemed overpriced for what it was, and we happily spent less for better quality food at nearby cafés and bakeries instead.

Pros:

La réceptionniste (Clotilde), très accueillante, serviable et efficace.
Réception ouverte 24 sur 24.
La bagagerie, service bien pratique.
La climatisation efficace (la chambre était même trop fraîche en arrivant).
Salle de bain avec une douche à l'italienne.
Lit confortable.
Donc un très bon rapport qualité-prix, pour ce trois étoiles dans une rue calme proche du métro.

Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien, limpio, ordenado y servicios completos. La ubicacion es buena, a 5min está una parada de metro y RER y tiene también paradas de buses cerca. Además hay restaurantes al rededor. El personal fue muy amable, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

La habitación está completa es moderna y muy limpia, pero es pequeñita, lo justo y necesario. Necesita más enchufes y mejor iluminación.

Cons:

I was assigned a ground-floor room right next to the hotel lobby, which was probably the worst room in the hotel. The cleanliness was below standard, with hair left on the headboard, a dirty shower drain, and a broken hairdryer.
The biggest issue was the NOISE. I could clearly hear every conversation in the lobby, luggage being rolled, and even people talking outside on the street. It felt very exposed and insecure, and I barely got any proper sleep.
If you're a light sleeper or value a quiet environment, I would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Un très bon accueil de tout le personnel, chambre confortable et calme .

Cons:

La climatisation peu efficace. Heureusement un velux côté jardin dans la salle de bain permet de faire entrer de l’air sans trop de bruit de rue

Amazing stay
Pros:

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Location is great and it’s not noisy at all. Rooms are bigger than your standard Paris hotel room. Special thanks to Clo who helped me with additional requests.
