We couldn’t take a shower before we left. There was NO hot water. I reached out to staff a s they said manager was in a meeting she would give us points and never did. I would like a refund totally unacceptable

Location is great But Staff is Even Better!
Pros:

Staff is so friendly and helpful. They took care of any needs or issues that my group encountered. If there was one thing that needs to be addressed it is the fact that only ONE elevator worked while we were there.

My stay was one night and sure will not stay there any longer.
Pros:

Breakfast had a lot of options. Personally it didn’t fulfill my requirements due to vegan diet.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small, 5x5 space. The hotel was old and in need of updates. This was my first time staying at Hyatt brand. I stayed here based on reviews that the beds were comfortable and they were not. We all left there tired.

Overall great stay. Small changes as far as amenities, but would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Very nice room and great staff. Good location with everything nearby.

Cons:

That the rooms didn’t have a microwave and that our floor also didn’t have a microwave or ice machine.
