Cons:

They're were bed bugs, but the property manager and shift manager were accommodating. Gave us a new room and offered many apologies the following morning

Very clean, professional ,bed comfortable and plenty of Hot Water!!!Yes!!! We had stayed at Courtyard in Keene, NH and everything was great except hot water!!!I call how they do water? The frugal Yankee way! I was once a Yankee myself, I know their tricks. Thanks South for making it perfect! The south rises again! And they can take their cold weather too!

Ooops the elevators were cold! But, rather have that than cold water!
