Another very pleasant stay. Great desk staff.
Pros:

Both times I’ve stayed here, I slept really well. The bed was really comfortable. I liked the two outlets right at the bedside.

Cons:

The cabinet for the under counter fridge. The outer door opens in one direction and the fridge door opens in the opposite direction pinching your fingers between the fridge door and the hinges of the outer door.

Decent stay and we still had a good time, but the room cleanliness and staff friendliness could be better.
Pros:

We still enjoyed our 2-night stay overall. The breakfast was decent, and the front desk staff were friendly and smiled during checkout.

Cons:

The room had a dusty lamp, and the shower gel was almost empty when we arrived. The towels were incomplete for our group, and there were some cracks on the bathroom ceiling. Most staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming. At breakfast, the omelette was salty and the fruit selection was limited to apples only.

Pros:

Room smells, phone not working, trash not empty. Breakfast had burnt sausage. Hotel was dirty.

They were not monitoring the coffee and ran out of all caffeinated coffee. Took 15 min to brew and refill. Unfortunate to have that happen durn the peak of breakfast on a Saturday morning.

Extremely noisy room – unable to sleep properly

The location was convenient and the room itself was adequate for a short stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear plumbing and drainage noise whenever other guests used the bathrooms, including during the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. The problem appeared to be related to the location of the room and the building’s plumbing system. What disappointed me most was that this seemed unlikely to be a new or unexpected issue, yet the room was still assigned to us without any warning. We reported the problem and documented the noise with videos, but no satisfactory solution was provided. As international guests staying only one night, we had very limited opportunity to resolve the issue during our stay.

Cons:

The only area that could use improvement is the outside entrance and lobby — they would benefit from better lighting, cleaner presentation, and more inviting décor.

Great place, Great price!
Pros:

Everything you'd expect from Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great selection at breakfast.

Cons:

One thing that could be a concern if you have small children- the window in my room on the 4th floor was able to be unlocked and opened, no screen.
The pool did have a lot of chlorine and did bleach our swim attire a bit.
