Pros:

Hotel was fine, facilities were nice

Cons:

Clientele was awful, lack of supervision at the pool. Should be someone on security for late night, kids running up and down halls at 1am. Again, no bad review for the hotel itself... just wouldnt go back.

I would stay again since it was clean.
Pros:

Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. Lived the soap in the shower!

Cons:

Breakfast was supposed to be from 6am-10am and it wasn’t ready until almost 6:30am and I had to leave before that.

Will choose a new hotel next time
Pros:

Easy check in process

Cons:

No blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. I had to reach out and be pushy that we needed them. At 3:00am I was awoken by our neighbor who was having a mental health crisis and yelled for hours . We did not get a good nights sleep. My children were afraid. when I brought it up to the check out associate he apologized but there was no compensation or gift card for our next stay.
