More variety at breakfast.
Breakfast was good. The room was quiet, comfortable bed, and pillows, plenty of hot water. Enes at front desk at check in was awesome. And check out Marisol was very nice.
Toilet had small leak inside toilet tank. I believe the room across from me someone was smoking, and i heard them say throw it out the window. Orange Juice seemed to be watered down.
Loved the 2 different waffle machines-many options, eggs, sausage, homefries, cold cereal, oatmeal..
Would like a packet with local restaurant / food options available in rooms..
I always stay here when visiting the Rochester area. Great pool, great staff, clean and comfortable.
Pillows were pretty flat. Our room had a non-working refrigerator so they moved us to another room after we had already unpacked most of our things, a bit inconvenient but not the worst.
I didn’t get to stay at the Hampton this trip because no one responded to my messages or my phone calls as I was arriving after midnight and needed answers to questions for early checkin. They responded the next day with a sarcastic reply thanking me for canceling my reservation rather than an apology for not responding to my messages or call.
They’re not responsive to their patrons, from the last time I visited the carpets in the room need cleaning, otherwise, it was quiet and cozy.

The overall layout of the building, I was located near the parking lot and there was non stop noise outdoors from nearby traffic and indoors with noisy guests.
The carpet in the room was old and so musty I ended up getting air fresheners. The tub and sink had cracked ceramic and didn't drain properly. The shower had weak pressure. The chlorine used to clean the linen reeked. The bed was old and uncomfortable when sleeping with the box spring squeaking. The cloth on the lounge was stained. Air vents are dusty and the air flow from the air conditioner was stale..
I wasn’t expecting Four Season’s appearance but at least a clean stay. When I got off the elevator on the second floor it kinda smelled like a dog had walked down the hall. I entered the room and it appeared to be clean. I sat on the couch and when I got up my pants was filled with dog hair. So I turned the lights on to look closer the couch had dog hair all over the couch and the sides. I call front desk and was told I could be swapped to another room. So I had to pack up my things to go down stairs to receive key for second room. Get to the second room and it has dog hair as well on the couch and I I walked in the room with my socks and when I looked h see them they was just filled with dog hair from the carpet. I complained to the front desk and all they could do was have a house keeper to vacuum the room again. And soap dish in the bathroom is filled with pink mold. The general manager was not much help at the front desk. There cleaning protocols are clearly not important when it comes to cleaning behind animals which should have dedicated rooms for booking. My stay was anything but great and the breakfast wasn’t even worth eating. I didn’t even use the couch during the stay. And I would like to speak with someone in upper management about my visit. The photos does not capture the amount of filth on the couches and the pillow. Furniture is run down.
