Great location but a no on the price and friendliness
Pros:

Location is great and perfect to explore city by foot from where the hotel is located. Eventhough its on the busy/noisy side of town that's not noticeable in the room.
Valet parking is busy and were wondering if that would go right as you leave the car in the street but it did. Not that cheap but for not a very long stay payable.

Cons:

We booked 2 of the same rooms but got different ones. One was clearly nicer and located on the outside with a window looking out on the street. The other one smaller, not a good functioning shower sliding door and on the inside located. Meaning a window that looks out on the hallway which can't be really open as everyone passing by looks inside. And therefore no real daylight. The noise from down the hallways was terrible as well.
Not all the staff was very friendly or helpful and that was disappointing.

Terrible in so many ways! Don’t recommend!!
Pros:

Arriving desk staff nice late afternoon.

Cons:

Morning staff grumpy and not helpful.
The balcony rooms we reserved were over looking construction! The druggies under the balconies yelling all night and shooting up with needles. You could see them from the balcony! We couldn’t get out of that place fast enough!!!

Nice stay
Pros:

I like that I was walking distance to the french quarter restaurants and shops!

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $50 a day for valet parking that’s extreme. No one came to clean my room, or even knocked to see if I needed clean linens, I had to ask for it myself and do it myself smh
