Great location

Cons:

They charged me $1200 on top of my $1875 booking.com reservation and I’ve called twice to speak with staff and am constantly told there is no management available and they don’t know why there is an extra charge. This was over a week ago. I’m no attempting to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is a huge amount of money to charge on top of my booking.com reservation. This is unacceptable.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located
Pros:

Close to the convention center. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the breakfast! It was great every day, and they had red and green salsa, which I really enjoyed.

Cons:

The tub in our room didn’t drain well, so when we showered we were immediately ankle deep in water.

¡Increíble descanso!
Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda, no recuerdo nada parecido. Las habitaciones son muy cálidas y espaciosas, ideales para descansar después de un largo día de compras o paseo. La presión de agua en la regadera hizo del baño una experiencia muy agradable. Me encantó que el estacionamiento fuera gratis.

Pros:

The beds were so comfortable! I was unexpectedly sick most of my time here, but the bed was super comfortable and I got plenty of rest while staying. The waffles were delicious each time. The location was great! And I didn't use the shuttle transportation but glad it was available just in case.

Cons:

The elevator was not reliable throughout our stay. The eating area was very busy at all breakfast services.

Would come back overall pretty good stay
Pros:

Clean rooms loved the free shuttle to the Riverwalk great amenity... and great breakfast

Cons:

Water leaking from the air conditioner and the shower drained slow also loud late night noise in the hallway and next door

L’emplacement proche de la Riverwalk.

Cons:

WIFI de très mauvaise qualité . Accueil assez froid tout comme pour le Check out . Salle petit déjeuner trop petite. Pas de service de bagagerie.
