Pros:

Clean front desk was accommodating. We arrived early all the rooms was not ready, finally got in the other rooms. They did upgrade 1 room for the time waiting to check in.

Cons:

The pool is at the sister hotel which is across the parking lot. That was hard on my mother that has trouble walking.

Υπήρχε δωρεάν πάρκινγκ και γενικά το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο. Σε λιγότερο από 10λεπτά με τα πόδια και μέσα από μία ήσυχη περιοχή βρισκόσουν στο ποτάμι, όπου μπορούσες να απολαύσεις το καταπληκτικό river walk.

Cons:

Το μπάνιο μας δεν είχε καθαριστεί καλά.
Το πρωινό ήταν σε έναν χώρο που δεν καθάριζαν τα τραπέζια και έτρωγες πάνω στα υπολείμματα των προηγούμενων.
Γενικότερα το ξενοδοχείο δεν σου έδινε μια αίσθηση καθαριότητας.

The price would've been good if we had the room we paid for the entire week.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good and was in a good location for travel. Had some good, clean machines in the gym.

Cons:

We had a water leak from a room above us, a pretty bad one. I understand the staff had to enter our room for this emergency, but the fact that they failed to notify us of this problem. We only found out when we got back at the end of the day from an event we attended. They first told my fiance they didn't have another room available. Then I went to the front and they did. A CHEAPER room, but we still had paid for the upgraded king bed room. They put us in a room with 2 twin beds, less room and no comp for all the inconveniences.

Reliable Shuttle
Pros:

The shuttle was reliable...back and forth to the airport,the Riverwalk,the market square...there was no need for a Lyft/Uber unless your going out of the way

Cons:

I wish I could've stayed longer in San Antonio Texas...I will return in the future to do some sightseeing next time...

Pros:

Excellent breakfast and the person setting up the food was excellent.

Cons:

They ran out of ice - both machines were broken. This was not good since it was pretty hot in San Antonio at that time.
