Overall a wonderful stay.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the shuttle service, the size of my room, and the fitness room. Wonderful cost value.

Cons:

The cafeteria can be crowded in breakfast hours. The pillows are also kinda too soft for me.

Top pour visiter San Antonio
Pros:

Proche de la Riverwalk et des principaux sites à voir (15/20 min à pied) et sinon navette pour y aller.
Grande salle de sport
Nécessaire pour laver le linge

Cons:

La piscine est dans l’hôtel d’en face et en plus on n’a pas pu y aller pendant 2 jours car elle n’était pas nettoyée donc fermée

Pros:

My stay was decent but sucked because it was my 11th anniversary

Cons:

Toilet was clogged didn’t have a plunger then needed my bed sheet changed, sooke to front desk at 8am for it to be done come back by 1pm nothing was done. Had to take off and change my sheets myself. Personally wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms are clean 👌, the location is nice.
The fire pit and out door patio.

Vraiment moyen et plutôt décevant !
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter et profiter de San Antonio à pieds. Le parking gratuit et la proximité de la I35 sont vraiment des plus. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié.

Cons:

Contrairement aux avis que j’avais lus et qui m’ont incitée à choisir cet hôtel, l’accueil est loin d’être très agréable, la salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite et le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer. Dans notre chambre, le ménage a dû se limiter à faire les lits, vider les poubelles et changer les serviettes. La moquette n’a pas été aspirée avant notre arrivée, ni celle des parties communes et ça n’a pas été fait pendant tout le séjour (4 nuits)!!!! Idem pour la baignoire, très mal nettoyée et ne parlons pas de la poussière !
Les machines à glaçons fonctionnaient un jour sur deux. Il fallait aller au Résidence Inn à côté. La piscine proposée est aussi celle de l’autre hôtel.
Bref grosse déception pour un hôtel du groupe Marriott qui nous a habitué à beaucoup mieux!

Our stay was really nice at the Fairfield Inn and would stay again.
Pros:

The walk to the Market Square and River Walk was not bad at all. The breakfast is good and a variety to choose from...every day there is something different. The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The sink and bathroom area are a little crammed. It would have been better if it at least had a double sink. The shower is a little dated but not bad enough to never stay again. There is only one elevator...so be prepared to wait, and somewhat dirty. For only having one elevator it should be clean.
