The staff were absolutely fantastic. So attentive and genuinely nothing was too much trouble. They were all really friendly and just on it.
Not the hotels fault but the down side was we couldn’t switch the air con off in our room. I mentioned it to reception on check out and they said if we had called reception that they could have turned it off from the mains for our specific room.
Clean, comfy, good bed, silence, very nice staff.

Spacious room, spotlessly clean, with fluffy robes, complimentary soft drinks in the fridge, comfortable bed.
Quick room service and tasty food.
Young chap who delivered room service was friendly, but didn't bring a corkscrew to open my bottle of red wine - came back 20 minutes later (calling in the interim) and gave me a corkscrew to open it myself :)
Accessible room was spacious, BUT, no shelf in bathroom for toiletries, other than behind the sink, would have helped to have an extra 'low level' shelf + taps and shower attachment controls not suitable for someone with poor use/strength in their hands + wet room floor let water flood in to rest of the bathroom and out on to the bedroom carpet.
Lovely hotel - staff were attentive room clean comfy and bed and pillows like little clouds would go back for sure.

Coffee wasn’t included in breakfast price, but wasn’t made clear until paying. “Would you like some coffee?” …sure….and then at checkout “it appears you ordered some drinks sir…” lol also only one lift worked which made it a real pain leaving but i assume they’ll fix that soon and have the other 2 working

Service left a lot to be desired this was and is not 5 star. The front of house team have a lot of work to do. Along with a morning from the house keeping staff wouldn’t have gone a miss.

Cramped room; room wasn’t very clean (signs of diy). It was for my little boys birthday and the guy comes up with a saucer and three macarons on it (“Happy Birthday!”) which I had mentioned in the booking but come on. At nearly £600 a room put in some effort. There was also a leak in the ceiling above (have a movie of it - won’t upload)
