Pros:

Staff were welcoming and friendly. All very helpful.

Cons:

Couldn't get a table in restaurant. No GF food available. No beer on tap as pipes being cleaned at 7pm at night.

Angenehm und sicher in London
Pros:

Perfekte Lage für Kurztrip nach London, sehr sichere Umgebung, Bus und Tube um die Ecke, ebenso Shopping und Pubs fußläufig erreichbar. Hotel mit 24 Stunden Rezeption und Service sowie Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas dunkel, auch mit voller Beleuchtung.

For a 5 star hotel, no 24 hour room service - so when I arrived late I could not get food etc to my room.

Comfortable yet classy and easy going. The beds were comfy

Cons:

The controls for the heating and lighting were not very easy to use.
We had a family room for 3 people, but the housekeeping kept supplying the rom for 2 people.

Handy central location
Pros:

The standard room was lovely, felt much more upmarket than other standard hotel rooms. I really liked that it had a sofa in the room and it was a nice touch getting a gown and slippers. There was plenty space in the room too, and somewhere to stash my case in the wardrobe so I wasn't tripping over it all the time on the floor. The little lighted mirror next to the TV was great for doing my hair and makeup.

Cons:

I didn't like the hi-tech lighting, just give me an old fashioned on/off light switch! I also couldn't figure out how to switch off the air con, it was loud at night which stopped me sleeping.
