Old fashioned and standards not up to a 4 star hotel
Pros:

the staff was friendly. Especially the cleaners were very nice.

Cons:

Very old fashioned hotel. There have been works going on and the drilling was very loud and unbearable. Also I would expect at least a free bottle of water in the room. And please add a toilet brush.

CLean and comfortable hotel in a lovely part of Madrid
Pros:

Loved the location, very clean and comfortable hotel with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and very close to metro station.

Cons:

Our only complaint concerns the shower. It was one of those where whatever you did, the bathroom floor was going get badly splattered with water. It made showering an unpleasant experience. But the water was nice and strong!

Un hotel que no es 4*. Buena ubicacion pero instalaciones antiguas y con personal poco amable.
Pros:

La ubicacion es lo unico que vale la pena del hotel.

Cons:

El staff por ejemplo trato poco servicial.
Estábamos en una torre que tiene un piso por escalera, no solo no ayudaron con las maletas sino que solicite dejar la maleta en guardado para no tener que subirla y bajarla por una noche y no me dejaron. Las instalaciones son super antiguas. No es un 4* sino mas bien un 3*

Cons:

No tenian servicio de cafeteria en la habitacion y tampoco de agua embotellada. El precio era muy alto para las comodidades del hotel.

Pieza espaciosa, camas de buena calidad al igual que las toallas, atención con shampoo y gel de baño extra, Esponja para la ducha y elementos como abrillantador para calzado, cepillo.

Muy bien ubicado cerca de la parada de Alonso Martínez que tiene muy buena conexión. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Cama muy cómoda. Desayuno tipo bufet muy bueno.
