I wanted one large bed, but there were two separate ones. This isn't very comfortable for a solo traveler. Also, there was no kettle in the room, and not even a cup or a spoon

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, camas confortáveis, chuveiro excelente, funcionários muito educados e eficientes.
Ótima localização, metrô a poucos metros com 3 linhas que torna muito fácil a locomoção em vários pontos da cidade.

Un super séjour avec un emplacement idéal pour profiter des meilleurs endroit de la ville.

Je me rends souvent à Madrid et cet hotel est sans doute dans l’un des meilleurs emplacement du centre ville. Le quartier est sûr et propre. Le personnel au top.

Cons:

La sonorisation est un peu faible à mon goût, j’entendais facilement mes voisins. Malheureusement la télévision ne pouvait pas se connecter avec mon téléphone de la marque Apple.

Excellent service staff. Catalina and all the mirning serving people at the cafe were very welcome.
Pros:

Very good morning breakfast. We also enjoyed the employee Catalina. She was extremely helpful and great personality.

Cons:

We were on the 6th floor; however there was a lot walking back and forth noise from the 7th floor. Seemed like they were apartments rather than hotel rooms.

Viaje de trabajo.

La atención del personal, tanto a la entrada como la salida, al poder dejar las maletas en la consigna.
También pusimos cenar algo, aunque llegamos tarde y la plancha ya estaba cerrada. La chica nos atendió muy bien.
La habitación muy buena. La cama comodísima.
