Great location but that's it.
Pros:

Loved the location, the lobby is beautiful and the room was spacious. Also loved it had a fridge in the room. Very very comfortable. The TV had great options - was able to watch the Knicks win!

Cons:

The room shower flooded the bathroom every morning. The water in both sinks would never go down so I has to take the blocker out. For as expensive as this hotel is, these problems should be fixed.

The staff seemed so unapproachable. I would smiled and say "Buenas dias" and no one would even acknowledge anything. Staff spoke to me when I check in, checked out and that was it. I didn't feel like I could ask any questions while I was there.

Great location, very good value
Pros:

Our 5th or 6th time to stay here and it's always comfortable, welcoming and good value. Very well located too.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was fine.

La ubicación es genial, cerca del centro y de parada del metro. La habitación y el baño son amplios y están limpios.
