Pros:

Micheal the shuttle driver was awesome. Drove us into Ybor to Columbia Restaurant for lunch. Everyone I dealt with at front counter was GREAT.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back.
Pros:

The property was nice and clean as well as our rooms. The staff were great, from the front desk, to the cleaning team and the breakfast staff.

Cons:

We had an eye sore of a view from our room of a retaining pond.

Hotel was super clean, soft comfortable bed & pillows, and quiet
