Pros:

We hadden een kamer/ appartement aan de achterkant, in ieder geval niet aan de weg en daardoor over het algemeen prima geslapen, rust. Wat in Mexico niet vaak vanzelfsprekend is. Zwembadje en terras op dak prettig. Prima ontbijt en we zijn goed verzorgd door het personeel.

Cons:

Het viel met name mee.

We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend to anyone, including families with young kids.
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location one block from the zocalo, delicious breakfast, quiet rooms, rooftop terrace views and pool was fun for the kids

Cons:

The bathrooms on the terrace were clean but had a strong sewage smell

Great location and nice large room.
Pros:

Great location, convenient to the Zocolo and El Centro activities. Rooftop was nice to hang out on.

Cons:

We lost hot water on the last 2 days. The pool was quite cold despite it being advertised as heated. I’m not too particular about these things but it too cold to really enjoy.

A great location in the heart of the vibrant, energetic, cultural and colorful city that is Oaxaca, Mexico!
Pros:

The location near the Zocalo can’t be beat and the staff was highly attentive to our every need and request. Jorge and Margarita should be especially commended; although the entire staff was outstanding. The rooftop restaurant makes the stay here even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Many of the rooms do not have windows to the outside which is unfortunate since the weather is one of the big draws to Oaxaca.

Pros:

The people were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Bathroom shower water pressure wasn't great - couldn't wash hair (too much hair for the pressure '-). Toilets didn't flush well. Probably a city wide sewer issue. Beware of the stairs.
