Everything was great no problems.
The location is amazing! Near the amphitheater and tons of restaurants. Parking is easy,the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice.
Immediately hit by the musty smell in the room. Carpet on the floors should be removed. It was overbearing. While the beds are comfortable, there was a hint of musty in the bedding as well.
Rooms are clean
I was approached by a homeless person upon packing to leave at my car. I usually have no issues at this location. I will be looking to go elsewhere from now on.

It wasn’t clean. Our room smelt like mildew and our friends room wasn’t even clean. Poor management I would say
Close to Amerisbank concert amphitheater. Close to fast food, QT, clean and nice area.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The welcoming staff was A+!! The breakfast was really good. Lots of parking.
Our shower trickled water…..other than it was a perfect stay!

Room had a wet and moist aura to it. Was not like the picture on website. It was old and dated and they don't have housekeeping available after a certain time of day so if you don't leave your room until late no housekeeping for you.
It was clean and quiet. Nothing special. Bathroom very small especially shower. Employees nice. Comfortable bed. The only down side was the breakfast. We actually went out because it just wasn’t up to the normal standards we have had at other Hamptons.
Location was great.arrived early no one at front desk. After 30 min saw a housekeeper asked her about check in. Someone came from back. Room not ready. Which was ok. Another couple walked in. There room was ready ., housekeeping staff very friendly. But front desk staff when there was one not so friendly. Next day asked for my water. As Hilton honors gold member never offered
Water pressure in the showers on the 5th floor is very poor and they had only one person in the kitchen for a busy breakfast. They had use waiting for 30 minutes before we gave up and went somewhere else. Front staff was not helpful when I asked them to step in and help the one girl in there.
