Pros:

The location was perfect. They had a shuttle that took us to the concert we went to and picked us back up. The staff was pleasant, professional, and courteous.

Cons:

The coffee maker still had a coffee pod in it

Excellent!!!!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Ate dinner at Burger Theory, which was very good! Kids eat free, which was a bonus! Pool area was prefect for my grandkids, not very many people in pool area at once. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Don’t have one complaint!

Holiday inn was great, booking.com not so much.
Pros:

The room.

Cons:

That booking.com routed my reservation wrong and the poor holiday inn staff had to take like 20 minutes to fix it. But they did, and were super nice about it, and efficient.
