Pros:

Latece at front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful. Jason the driver was very helpful. Carlos in the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. Laurie in the bar was great to talk too.

Cons:

Noise from freeway. We were on the 8th floor and would choose lower room next time.

If I needed to travel to Grand Rapids again, I would choose to stay here again.
Pros:

The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. It was well appointed with a Kurig for hot water and a microwave. I liked the pump soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The pool and hot tub was a surprise and the mini store in the lobby was nice and super convenient for forgotten essentials.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to access any streaming platforms like Netflix.
