Pros:

Location of the property and the Shuttle Service to the Van Andel Arena

Cons:

When my wife and I arrived they seemed to have misplaced our Reservation so we had to wait and could only get a room with 1 King Bed other than 2 Queens which we had reserved

Pros:

The location was perfect. They had a shuttle that took us to the concert we went to and picked us back up. The staff was pleasant, professional, and courteous.

Excellent!!!!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Ate dinner at Burger Theory, which was very good! Kids eat free, which was a bonus! Pool area was prefect for my grandkids, not very many people in pool area at once. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Don’t have one complaint!
