If I needed to travel to Grand Rapids again, I would choose to stay here again.
Pros:

The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. It was well appointed with a Kurig for hot water and a microwave. I liked the pump soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The pool and hot tub was a surprise and the mini store in the lobby was nice and super convenient for forgotten essentials.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to access any streaming platforms like Netflix.

Amazing staff, excellent location.
Pros:

The staff was excellent and incredibly accommodating - every single person I encountered - which elevated my experience. I had actually booked an Airbnb and was unable to check in due to a wrong code. I checked into the Holiday Inn around 1:30 in the morning. I was initially given a room that had a strange odor and thus didn’t feel clean, but the next day was changed to a lovely new room without any issue (with a room upgrade). Every single staff member I came into contact with was pleasant, kind and helpful…from the front desk to the bartender.

Perfect GR Getaway spot
Pros:

So conveniently located to the DeVos Performance Center where we saw Bob Dylan in concert. Nice breakfast the next morning, quiet comfortable, clean rooms and the staff were exemplary.
