All else was good. Very attentive and efficient waiters in the grill area.
Pros:

Great breakfast buffet

Cons:

Frustrated with shuttle service from LAX to the hotel. We ended up calling the hotel twice after waiting 1 and a 1/2 hours to finally be picked up!!

Staff friendly, room clean but not hot water for showers inconvenience
Pros:

Located close to our destination

Cons:

Could not take a warm shower. Had to turn tub faucet on to get hot water, turn shower head on for 1 min of hot water and repeat the process until I finished my shower.

Cheap airport hotel option, with room for improvement
Pros:

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to get an early check-in.

Cons:

Bait and switch with the "free" shuttle. Turns out that it's not free 24/7 and this information is buried on the website. Also the room was not clean, especially the bathroom.
