Working arguing with her boyfriend calling him a N
Pros:

I stayed here a couple of times and overall the experience was great. However, when you’re trying to relax you’re not trying to hear a worker arguing with her boyfriend while cleaning the rooms. Even worse is that she used the N word with a HARD ER and she isn’t even black!!!!!!!!! At the end of the day if you’r working. Watch your mouth and your surroundings! This day there were plenty of kids around the hotel too. No telling if any kids heard that. I have the videos of it. It’s not allowing me to post it here but I will be posting it google or yelp if it allows me. She shouldn’t be working there at all!!!

Decent
Pros:

Nice bed, friendly staff

Cons:

The locker in the bathroom didn’t work, and the shower faucet was falling apart. The parking pass was made of very thin paper, so the top ripped easily. I had to go back and ask for tape to repair it. Was noisy in outside ~6am, so we woke up early.

Pros:

The staff make this location amazing. They treat you like you're at home. They laugh with you, they greet you when you come in, they greet you when you leave. It's a very welcoming atmosphere. The cookies in the ice cold fruit water are major bonus. We enjoyed happy hour in the restaurant. Drinks and wings were amazing. That lemon drop will bring us back. Haha thanks for helping our family enjoy our time at your hotel

Disappointed
Pros:

On May 29, we arrived at DoubleTree around 2:30pm. One of the receptionist said that no room was available yet and that she can call us when one opens up. I didn’t get her name but her hair was dyed brown. So we sat in the lobby waiting for her call. From where we were sitting we can see the hotel desk and people coming in and out. We seen many parties coming and checking in between 2:30pm-4:00pm. Maybe 7 parties checked in between those times. We felt like we were forgotten and so I approached the desk at 4pm. I was helped by Raz Buccur and he said our room was available. I explained to him that we were sitting in the lobby all this time and told that we would get a call when a room became available. We would be sitting in the lobby another hour if I didn’t walk up to the front desk. So after we finally got our keys we went up to our room and we didn’t even have a tv in the room. Room 228. That was so strange. Also there were hangers lying on the bottom left of the dresser but no closet for the hangers. Why give hangers if we can’t hang it anywhere. The room was very disappointing. We did get a text about our check-in and I shared with a Razvan about our concerns. I’m sorry about the 1 star rating but it wasn’t a pleasant experience at the hotel
