Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very professional but made us feel at home. Will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

I think the buffet breakfast should be included with the hotel stay. Really not worth $25 per person for what I saw.

Lousy overnight stay. Expensive and uncomfortable.
Pros:

Relatively close to LAX with a good shuttle

Cons:

The bed is too soft and had no hot water!
Upon checkout, suggested that they comp the coffee and bagel I had for breakfast (about $10!). The answer was no. I travel extensively and this is by far the worst reaction I ever got at a hospitality facility.
A really uncaring staff and totally non responsive management
