Excelente opción para una noche.
Pros:

Me gustó que tuvieran un shuttle que te llevara gratis del aeropuerto al hotel, el único detalle es que tienes que marcar para solicitarlo y eso no viene en la confirmación. Las habitaciones se ven un poco viejitas pero la cama esta muy muy cómoda. La atención de la recepción a la hora de la llegada fue rápida. Las instalaciones en general si se ven un poco desactualizadas, por ejemplo los elevadores también se ven viejitos. Nosotros solo estuvimos una noche porque fuimos a un concierto y creo que si vas de pasada es una excelente opción, aunque sí existen hoteles más económicos y que se ven más nuevos en las fotografías. Aunque esos hoteles no tienen las galletas famosas que fue la verdadera razón por la que escogimos esta opción.

Cómodo pero se pueden arreglar algunas cosas
Pros:

El servicio fue muy bueno, el personal fue bastante amable y comunicador, mis papás no sabían ingles pero había personal que se adaptaba muy bien a ellos, la cama super cómoda y también el aire acondicionado estaba silencioso que también permitía estar fresco sin bulla.

Cons:

No incluía desayuno, pero los precios son accesibles y estaba rico, la habitación estaba muy bien, solo no cerraba bien la puerta del baño y tampoco la llave de la ducha, goteaba agua, pero de ahí todo genial

Close to LAX, clean and staff were nice.

Cons:

Was a bit out of date/needed a refresh. While the shuttle was free, you had to call their landline to tell them when you arrived so it doesn't work if you dont have a sim for calls (whatsapp not allowed) - not great for internationals

Comfortable and practical
Pros:

The shuttle service is really practical and easy to find and reserve (just have to call the hotel when you arrive at LAX)
Facilités were clean and really comfortable
Really liked the hot cookie and bottle of water given when I’ve arrived

Cons:

I couldn’t turn off the air conditioning
