Le personnel de l'accueil était plutôt agréable

Cons:

L'Odeur de tabac est insupportable et difficile de dormir dans ces conditions.l'etat des moquettes est déplorable ainsi que le plan de travail de la cuisine.l'environement est peu rassurant.

La chambre avec les 2 lits simples était très bien. La salle de bain aussi.

Cons:

Le canapé lit du séjour était cassé et inutilisable. On s'enfonçait dans le lit et on a pas pu y dormir. Principalement pour cela, nous souhaiterions un remboursement partiel de notre séjour. Nous pensons que 50% est correct au vu que nous n'avons pu dormir dans le canapé lit. Merci de nous confirmer.

Good location. Value for money.
Pros:

Very good location! Tram station max 5 minute walk. Also, the staff was very helpful!

Not as spacious as we thought but everything worked out.

Le parking derrière l'hôtel même si il ne semble pas trop sécurisé.

Cons:

Pas de rénovation, les équipements sont vieux, la moquette est remplie de tâches qui n'ont visiblement pas été nettoyées correctement.
Odeurs de bombe à WC en arrivant, et de cuisine quand cette dernière se dissipée.
Second lit "lit canapé" non fait...
Pas de douche, Baignoire avec rideau jaunie en bas, et plusieurs taches ou éclats...
