Room was amazing, clean, air con/heater was perfect. The room could be as cold or hot as you wanted. Dark blackout blinds. Cozy feel. The staff was really nice and knowledgeable.
The whole aspect of the hotel was nice, only complaint is that the food couldve been better. But overall 4.6

Not that impressed with this place, but you get what you pay for. Totally disgusting were the bugs (not roaches) climbing the walls. Barhroom couls have been cleaned better.
I was raised in the area, and remember the hotel differently; less attractive, less safe, less friendly. Though the diversity in the staff is new and noticeable. I believe the owners really promote consistency, and better customer service. The room service crew, was top notch, very personable, respectful and meticulous with their room prep. Breakfast has good variety, I would only say the eggs are less to be desired. Overall, I would recommend to my mother.

The staff was friendly upon check in, and the hotel smelled and looked clean, which is always a plus when you first walk in. Our room was quite nice for under $100. The shower did get ICE cold a few times without warning, but otherwise it was a lovely stay.
The value is unbeatable, and the whole staff is Beyond Accomodating!!!

Had booked hotel thru Hotel .com. I was going to put it on my after pay account which splits payment into payment every two weeks.. I was planning on staying 2 nights. Got to hotel late I am 68 and my husband is 78..

Great reviews.. it was a dump.. nothing like photo in their had definitely miss leading.. the parking lot wasn’t well lite and no lobby doors opened directly to your car outside..
I told my husband that their was know way he was getting out in this dark lot…I’m on oxygen and have very bad heart and he had just recovering from back surgery I called hotel .com telling them we are not staying I asked for my money back they refunded 1 night even thought I never came Inut charged we one noght even though I never signed any things. Second time staying; once again very pleasant. Will very likely return in the future.
Parking is nice and close, and the staff is beyond accomodating. Kay and Amy are my favorite at the Front Desk. Shenea and Monica take great care of the Breakfast Bar.
Our first 24 hours at the Days Inn were a total disaster. When returning to our room from breakfast on the first morning we found out that our key cards would not work. I took them to the front desk and the second set of key cards would not work…the front desk person then had to come up to our room with an electronic device and reprogram our door lock. All this took over an hour.
I then went to take a shower because I had a 10 am drs appt. I found that the shower water control knob was completely loose and ready to fall off, I managed to get the water to come on but the handle would not turn to the hot water….consequently I had to take an ice cold shower…it was horrible! After reporting this problem they moved us to a different room so we had to pack everything up and move down the hall to another room…..unbelievable!!
Later that morning our key cards stopped working again and we had to have front desk replace the cards. All this happened on our first morning in only 2 hours. We were ready to leave this hotel for another but they would not refund our payment. They told us that they sold the room to Expedia and Expedia sold the room to us! So Expedia is responsible in their eyes!
I am writing to request/demand a refund for at least one day of our 3 day stay….as I said the first 24 hours was a total nightmare. Our first room was not inhabitable. You can call thier manager Amy for concurrence of these events.
