There was a large toilet plunger in the middle of our bathroom, sitting on a piece of plastic. It grossed us out so bad we didn’t even shower, nor did we walk around barefoot. There were several black hairs on the fitted sheet on the bed which made me question if the sheets had been changed from the previous occupant.
Sleep was terrible the a/c constantly dripped, drip, drip, drip all night.

Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and quick getting us checked in even though it was late at night. Also, the mattress and sheets appeared to be clean and were comfy. The location was convenient for our travels.

Cons:

The furniture (dresser) was cracked and falling apart. It should probably be replaced.

Okay hotel but the pool is not heated and not saltwater.

Advertised a heated, salt water pool but that is not true. It was the only reason we chose this hotel.

I stay at a lot of hotels, Hamptons in particular. This was one was in the top 5!
Pros:

Outside landscape well maintain & immaculate. Inside property very clean & spotless entry, elevator & rooms.
Staff wonderful from front desk to kitchen staff to maid staff! Takes pride in keeping up property!

Cons:

One of the beds in our room made noise every time the occupant moved. Every single time thru the night! Ugh!

The bathroom outlet plugs were loose or something. My hair straightener and the supplied dryer cords kept coming out while using the dryer and straightener. Annoying!

We plugged our phones in to charge overnight and the charging unit on the nightstand did not work. Glad we noticed and that we had cords to plug in electrical outlets.
