Dirty room
The location was perfect for our purposes. I needed to be near the LaGrange Hospital on Willow Springs Rd. Very convenient. The staff was really great.
The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. The mattress was older.

Location was great and the staff are always nice. I love the endless coffee that is available.
The hotel over all did not appear very clean. The carpet in the halls were very dirty. The tile in my room by the door was sticky and the bathroom floor wasn't very clean either.
No fresh fruit, other than apples that were coated.
Room smelled musty.
Asked for king bed, but go two doubles.

More lighting - bathrooms upgrade the toilet way too low and citrus items were so strong. Also the chain on the toilet kept coming off and hard to flush.
