I`m an awards member and unfortunately will not be staying at this location again.
Pros:

very good location, decent breakfast, good price

Cons:

room had a bad smell, very dingy, stained carpet, can barely see the tv.

I have stayed at this location multiple times and always find it to be hospitable.
Pros:

Location (proximity to Merrimack College), Reception, Atmosphere.

Cons:

Coffee machines have been removed from rooms. It is not as convenient to have to go to the lobby at 5am to get coffee.
