Pros:

The location was great for our balloon ride and Tram ride.

Cons:

Room was missing a loveseat or a chair. There was a space where it was supposed to be. Lamp needed a new bulb. Other then that it was very clean and nice

I didn’t like that the room was dirty and it smelled musty when you first walk in the room every time

Adequate but not great
Cons:

Barely had warm water and shower was pathetic. Also tub worn out. One of our keys only worked sometimes. And it seems that the breakfast choices are getting fewer and were often about out by 8:20 in the morning, but generally ok.

Good and Bad
Pros:

I loved the balcony. It was great to walk out on the balcony and have fresh air. The suite was roomy.

Cons:

I didnt like the shower curtain. It opens and doesn't hold up. And the sauna was not working. That was a disappointment.
