good and well organized airport overnight
Pros:

Well organized and managed, airport shuttle runs on a prompt schedule, breakfast is good, very close to airport. Rooms are functional and arranged in motel style. I booked two rooms for myself, son and two friends and we had a pleasant experience.

Great location, comfortable stay
Pros:

We enjoyed the easy access to the hotel, the staff were friendly, the breakfast had everything we wanted (our kids loved making their own waffles), and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

Floor space in the room was limited given we were travelling with a lot of luggage, and we are a family of four. We also would have loved more information on how to get the shuttle bus from the airport. But to be honest that was as much an oversight on our part not checking in advance, than the hotel's.

Staff was very courteous. Shuttle got us to the airport promptly.

Elegimos este hotel por su cercanía al aeropuerto y por el servicio de traslado, algo muy importante para quienes tenemos vuelos tempranos.

A las 8:30 a. m. confirmé con la recepcionista, **Reina**, el traslado al aeropuerto y le indiqué que estábamos esperando en la recepción. Dos minutos después nos dijo que el autobús ya se había ido y que era nuestra responsabilidad estar afuera. Nunca tuvo la cortesía de avisarnos que el transporte estaba esperando.

Como consecuencia, casi perdemos nuestro vuelo y tuvimos que pagar un transporte privado.

Lo peor fue la actitud de la recepcionista **Reina**. Al expresar mi inconformidad, respondió de forma grosera: **"Puedes hablar con quien quieras, me tiene sin cuidado."**

Una atención así empaña por completo la experiencia. Lamentablemente, no volvería a hospedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría.

Nice Place to Stay
Pros:

Convenient to the airport and has a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. The Silver Line has a stop at the airport so it is easy to get to downtown Washington DC.

Cons:

They once had a shuttle to the Air and Space Museum at IAD but it no longer runs.

Helpful staff and decent breakfast.

Cons:

I know that it is not the fault of the property but I really wish that most properties like this, with thin walls would try to police noisy guests better. There were people in the rooms around us that were very loud until at least two in the morning. I would only recommend a walk around once or twice a night to make sure people are not obnoxiously loud.
