Pros:

Breakfast was great and exceeded my expectations. The room is good and comfortable. The location is also great, with many options of restaurants/fast-food around.

Pros:

The staff there is so friendly - they really make you feel at home and since we were there during a snow and ice storm they cleared the way for us to get out from our parking spots and loaned everyone a snow scraper fot our cars and the night of the storm provided dinner for staff and guests. I have never experienced such great customer service.

Our 3-day stay at Hampton Inn Alexandria was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—just a stone’s throw away from the family we were visiting. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Cons:

The hotel could use some updates, and the elevator felt as though it might break down every time we used it.
