As expected!
Pros:

We were in town to visit family and the Hampton Inn met our expectations. The staff was helpful, and the property, including common areas, and our hotel rooms, were very clean.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options however the coffee was not that great. The location was very convenient and there were many dinner options within a half mile or so.

Last Minute Cancelation, No Hot Water
Pros:

The staff person who called the morning of my arrival to tell me the hotel had no hot water, and to offer a cancelation, was very helpful and empathetic. I appreciated her customer service in a frustrating situation.

Cons:

I was called on the morning of my arrival and told that the hotel had no hot water. I was given the option to have a no charge last minute cancelation. So I took it. It was difficult to find a decent last minute replacement in the area for close to the same cost.
