Pros:

The free kickback was amazing, all the staff was super nice and helpful!

Cons:

The only downside to the trip was the cleanliness of our room, there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheet and something splattered on the wall. No one was at the desk when we discovered it so we just pulled the sheet and wiped the wall with a rag! The literal only complaint about our entire stay!

Would love to stay again.
Pros:

The 3 free drinks at night, free dinner and breakfast helps save money.

Cons:

Maybe change up the food menu. I haven’t stayed that often but it seems repetitive and would be the only thing keeping me from booking in the future.

It was a very welcoming, comfortable and clean facility. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not much to do in that part of Knoxville for the short amount of time we were there.

Pros:

The rooms are well appointed and clean. Loved the evening get together with food and drink! The breakfast was also very good. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't care for was the linens on the bed. They were very scratchy.

Lovely stay with charming, welcoming staff.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner combo was an unbeatable value--this is not your average complimentary hotel meal with a few stale bagels and sad little yogurt cups. We always left full and satisfied, and the food was surprisingly good despite being complimentary. Staff went over and above to make us feel welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited to our needs. We loved that the TV was a regular TV (not a smart TV only for those who already had Netflix or other subscriptions), and used the USB port to watch some old movies we had brought with us. I had never stayed at a Drury before, but now I never want to stay at another hotel chain again. It's Drury or nothing for me now.

Good but few tweaks needed
Pros:

Enjoy the hotel except for beds too hard and AC will not go below 68 which at night was too warm for comfortable sleep with the top sheet and blanket being one.
