Location was fine
Toiletries in our room were low or empty from the first day and when our room was “refreshed” by housekeeping, our door was left ajar. We arrived back to the hotel after being gone all day to discover our door open. I alerted the front desk and asked how long it had been left open. She could not give me an answer and did not seem as concerned that our door was left ajar with our items in the room. Not exactly great customer service. We were going to extend our stay but decided to switch hotels.
El desayuno si estaba muy rico y variado, cada dia ofrecian algo diferente en el desayuno, eso lo hace atractivo para los clientes.
Lo que no me gustó es que te cobraban $15 usd de parking diario. Eso ya no existe en ningún hotel de esta cadena. Eso estuvo muy mal, mas bien es un abuso. Lo que no me gusto tampoco es que no hacen el aseo de las habitaciones diario, yo pago una tarifa por un cuarto limpio que importa cuantas noches me quede, con mas razon si mi estancia es de mas de 3 dias lo minimo que requiero es un hotel limpio por lo que pago. Lo veo demasiado ventajoso de su parte. NO los recomendaria para nada.

They now charge a $15.00 parking fee. Second who ever designed the rooms, didn’t put adequate electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. In fact there’s no outlets on one side. The phone should be located on the desk not on the nightstand. Next comes the shower where the water pressure was weak. The worst part about the shower, is that you need to step into the shower to turn on the water which means you get blasted with cold water which is extremely unpleasant.
It was a decent hotel not dirty
Front desk wasn’t paying attention who went in and out the hotel. I had someone knocking and banging on my door at 12am. When I called the front desk to check who it was they never called back to let me know. I had to call the cops and the front desk again to see who it was. The front desk agent sounded annoyed that I was asking and told me it was some kids and hung up the phone. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Front desk staff was pretty rude with full of attitude.
Breakfast was good and well stocked.
The carpet in the room needed a thorough vacuuming.

One thing I didn`t like was that the light in the bathroom kept goming off while I was taking a shower. To me that is a safety hazard. If someone slipped and fell that would be a liability on the hotel.
