A little too late for this message, but it wasn't an inconvenience. The inconvenience was having a room too close to the elevator, people coming in and out at all times and being loud, no quite times, we couldn't sleep, bad experience.

Excellent facilities..breakfast staff efficient but not friendly

Cons:

Hard to find entrance. If you miss it you automatically are put back on freeway traveling opposite direction. Need lighted entrance sign on street. Breakfast staff were not friendly.

Great easy to find space near freeway!
Pros:

I was traveling for work and needed to be near the site so I looked up the closest hotel. This was a great option. It was under construction so it took some time to find parking late at night but other than that, the construction was not intrusive nor did it come with any noise or debris issues. I left my specialty pillow behind and they kept it for me! I came to gather it a few days later and they had it wrapped in plastic for me!

Staff were great, hotel was fine.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and staff was all very pleasant. Rooms were decent and clean. Bathroom was a decent size and had everything we needed. The gym had all the things we needed for a good workout.

Cons:

It was under construction so the pool area was closed and we weren't informed of that information. The price was a bit high considering the construction and size of the room. It was a pretty small space not much room for luggage.

Disappointed. Worst hotel we ever stayed in.
Pros:

The breakfast was good with some choices. The staff there was the best part of our stay.

Cons:

Our room was dreary and dark. We were there 3 nights and never had our towels replaced or the bed made up (we did that ourselves). For $770 for the time we stayed, we were expecting a bit more. Will not stay at any Fairfield after this experience. Had to drive through two gas stations to get to the entrance. WE WILL BE CALLING ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ON OUR PREPAIDBILL — DON’T KNOW WHAT THAT IS ABOUT.

SORRY FOR THE VENTING, BUT THE STAFF DOWNSTAIRS WAS NO WHERE TO BE SEEN (EXCEPT FOR THOSE WORKING IN THE BREAKFAST AREA). THE ROOM CLEANING STAFF STARTED AT THE SOUTH END EACH DAY AND WE WERE IN THE LAST ROOM AT THE NORTH END. VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.

Non-eventful. Pretty much what we expected.
Pros:

Price is competitive. Easy to get on the highway. Close to highway but not noisy. Breakfast is typical continental. If it starts at 6:30 it would be better as we had to leave by 7.

Cons:

Hope the construction work is finished soon. Some of the guests were really loud. Lobby was crowded.
