I did not stay for the breakfast I left early but the coffee was good
I did not get the type of too I reserved, I had to change my room twice once because the light didn’t work, again because the room I was put in after that hadn’t been cleaned yet, and I got there after 9pm, also my last room had no washcloths in it, I had to use a face towel as a washcloth. I was never told about an 11.00 parking charge even AFTER I was charged for it.

Love the Waterfront VIEW to the various BOATS, and YACHTS. The Ability to walk across the street to the ramp, and walk close to the Water. The Breakfast that was included was great..
I USE to stay at the LaQuinta when the VA ~(VETERAN ADMINSTRATION) PAID for his stay. LOVED the WATERFRONT VIEW. WHEN I personally booked ~ through Booking.Com ~ I was met with having been told that it was for ~~ a SEPARATE BUILDING "FROM" the MAIN HOTEL. ~~ NEXT DOOR. Not knowing that OPEN to HALL meant ~ The Building NEXT DOOR ~ was OPEN YOUR ROOM DOOR to the OUTSIDE. IF I would have known that it was NOT ENCLOSED with the MAIN BUILDING ~ then I would have BOOKED a DIFFERENT HOTEL. I would have liked to have been WARNED. I wear too MANY DIAMOND JEWELRY PEICES ~ when I TRAVELED. IF it was a BAD WEATHER DAY ~ then for EACH DAY to GO to the MAIN BUILDING for the BREAKFAST ~ I would have been on LOCK DOWN to my ROOM without EATING. LORD help on SNOW SEASON. I just prefer to have known what was meant about HALLWAY ~ meaning EXIT ROOM to the OUTDOORS. The CLERK " did"" change my ROOM to Allow me to STAY in the MAIN BUILDING, but with an Additional Charge of $ 20.

State of disrepair in room, dirty floors requiring us to complain to get them cleaned, poorly made bed on arrival with mattress protector and bottom sheet not on the bed fully
The location was convenient
It was dirty. The first room we were assigned, housekeeping hadn’t been in to clean. Our room was upgraded but the sheets were dirty (other peoples hair was on the pillows) there was also a German roach in the room.

The building didn't look up kept. It need some fixing up. The ac in the room didn't work, and the shower head didn't work. No ice machine any where in the building worked.

Corridors were dirty, and public spaces run down. Needs updating
Nothing. Very dirty and old. Rusty lamps and ripped rotted lamp shades. Dirty floors and carpet and curtains. Everything we touched felt grimey. I had to stuff a towel under the door because there was so much of a gap. My dogs were even unhappy!!
Noisy loud people all nite long. My dogs barked all nite and they hardly ever bark!
Location was lovely
It’s a rusted out, degraded building, stairwells, property and furnishings. Even the lampshade was sheared, base rusted. Vents rusted. Remote back cover missing. Splatters on the wall near toilet tissue and around mirror. Baseboards nasty throughout. Sent photos with previous review of first room, I rented two. The second room was equally disgusting. Sister called it an old retirement center.
