When you’re about to book a room at that hotel, you might want to think it over one more time!
Cons:

We held a reservation for two nights, from April 19th to April 21st, 2026, but upon arrival we found the bed in our assigned room damaged and unusable. When we reported the issue, the receptionist told us no other rooms were available and couldn’t say when one might open up, and even a request to speak with a manager led nowhere. As we decided to cancel and request a full refund, we overheard another guest at the front desk asking to switch rooms because his had no power, confirming our decision all the more.

The location, the bed.

Cons:

In very poor repair. Rust everywhere including light fixtures, shredded lampshade, smears on walls (one also near toilet paper holder) and blots inside light fixtures, stains, spittle or other on mirror, no battery cover on remote. Very disgusting at $350 total per nite and we had TWO rooms, 256 & 264. Should have left but everything was sold out, so we basically only slept there.

L'accueil pas trop aimable, pas souriante, le matériel dans la chambre incorrect, une chaise en très mauvais état.
1 tube gel douche miniature pour 4 personnes .nous avons du réclamer gel douche et une serviette de toilette. L'isolation de la porte d'entrée laisse à désirer, un jour énorme entre la porte et le bâti de porte.

Thank goodness it was only 1 night.
Pros:

Nothing except the view of the boats in the marina.

Cons:

Extremely shabby and worn down. The room was decently clean but all the walks and doors were scratched and had black marks all over. I asked for a map of the area and they had none. It was the worst hotel on this trip that I booked.

Wonderful until the last night.

Perfect location to get in & out downtown..

Cons:

It’s was going good.. We decided to stay another night everyone was so friendly.. Last night coming in from downtown turn on the light and we have bugs crawling on the desk and bathroom. I’m sure you no what type where you don’t take them home we just trash our things just bring spray any hotel..

Definitely will never stay again in one of those hotels. Dirty dirty dirty.
Pros:

The view of the water was very pretty, but it was disgusting old outdated, dirty the pillows were horrible. The rugs are gross. The ceiling was peeling. They were cracks in the lampshades. The microwave didn’t work. The refrigerator was OK practically no toiletries at all.

How old and outdated it is the coffee machine had so much dust in it even if I washed it I was afraid to use it

Dissapointing
Pros:

Staff totally uninterested. Would not change bedding or towels for two night stay due to “covid”. Cockroaches and unclean.
