Nice place to stay , convenient ,close to visit Family
Pros:

I like the location, I live in NY state and my grandchildren in wyomissing

Cons:

The enter and exit signs. To close to traffic light, hard to get out of parking lot.

It was a great place to stay.Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I had asked for an adjoining room to be close to family. We were close but across the hall. Disappointing but We managed. Also, i will never be on the bottom floor ever again. There was a truck outside of your window and was very loud. He let his truck run for a few minutes at 6 am.
After being out for the day, I came back to a musty smell in our room . There was water marks on the ceiling, above the door, in the room.

Pros:

The room was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff (i believe her name was Liz) was a tremendous help with accommodating my special needs daughter.

Cons:

The room we had was along the highway entrance which i didn't realize until we went to go to bed and heard all of the traffic. Also, the pool was chilly.

It was very pleasurable and really no complaints.

Getting out of parking lot,and impossible to make a left.
The exit is to close to the traffic light. It would have been much easier to make the left from the enter.

We always look for Hampton Inns when traveling. We've never been disappointed.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy too. We like that the coffee station is available all day.

A nice place to stay for a short visit.
Pros:

The room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and received one. The breakfast was good as it had a number of hot and cold choices.

Cons:

The room is small and the space to hang clothes and put suitcase out of the way is not really adequate. The coffee urns did not keep the coffee hot. Even though we went to breakfast early the coffee was lukewarm. They definitely need to upgrade these.

Cons:

The dining area was as if I was in a doggy park. While I love the pet friendliness of the property, pets should not be allowed in the dinning area. There was a guest holding her dog in her arms while cooking at the waffle station. Another guest had their dog sitting at the bar in one of the chairs licking the side of the table. Many other guests were petting and rubbing their fur babies while also handling the serving utensils for the breakfast food. Some pets were running around. This was very unsanitary. The elevator also smelled like dog.
