Great customer service and confortable
Pros:

Customer service was very good I cam after getting the wrong day for a Heathrow job and was given free parking and a better room to help me out also let me check in at 9am fir just 20 pound extra because of circumstances was greatly appreciated and if they provide help like this can only have a 5 star rating

Cons:

My only small thing Is wish the room had a smart TV so customers can connect to their Netflix or amazon to increase the entertainment value but this was not a big issue just is always nice when a hotel has this

Good value for money - Good transport connections to Central
Pros:

Basic features, but all in good order - Good heating and shower

Cons:

Cold lights are not very welcoming, I would prefer to have a bed side lamp with warm lights
