Victorian Inn & Suites

After driving 11 hrs, having gone the wrong direction while driving (completely my fault), I was ready to call it a day.
I picked this place based off of location only. Price was just about $20 cheaper from other hotels near here.
The good - there was a bed with pillows.
The bad - place needs to be cleaned. You know it’s bad when there are numerous stains in the carpet in the hallway.

Would I stay here again? I could under the same conditions. But I could easily pick somewhere else. If I was traveling with family, I would definitely spend that $20.

It was ok,

Everything was dirty:pillows, sheets, bed, sheets; toilet, shower….. Very dissatisfied and disgusted.

Smelled like smoke and its infested by roaches there in the bathroom and on the wall. I would have left but after being on the rd for 13hrs I was to tired to change rooms or get a different hotel.

Terrible place don’t go unless you absolutely have too.

Everything was a bit run down. Worst part was our room smelled musty, felt humid, stinky. Towels were so old and worn and stained. We got there so late we just needed to sleep otherwise I don’t think we would’ve stayed.

We were surprised to get a Honeymoon Suite for the great price of $126. The room was nice and clean, though calling it a honeymoon suite was definitely a stretch. There is a jacuzzi tub in the room, which might be why it’s called a honeymoon suite. The jacuzzi tub worked and felt very nice, but it was obvious it was an add-on long after the hotel had been built. The room had a very musty smell that was difficult to get used to. The bathroom was quite small with no extra amenities. All in all, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building definitely needs to be updated, but our stay was comfortable and the price was nice.

The Roach Motel. Awful, trash empty bottles in room behind night stand. Dirty toilet, needs a scrub brush! Had to figure out shower controls reversed, scald hazard. At breakfast, roaches on wall near counter. Threadbare sheets. Staff removed trash, said oh sorry did not care about anything else. Room had smoking odor.

Leak under sink. Incredibly noisy a/c.

At 11 o'clock, there were four guys wandering in the parking lot, 2 drinking beer, hallway was filthy, sheets were stained, room smelled like death, worst ever, and we immediately turned around and gave the key back and left. First time I've ever felt that was necessary. Hopefully Expedia will refund.

Good location and rates. Size of room was good. Pet friendly

It was easy to find

We were not able to stay due to it not being pet friendly. We had to contact hotels.com to get a refund but the front staff didn’t bother to help us and after they said they didn’t allow pets walked off somewhere not in the hotel.

Overpriced for room. Best part was watching the staff drop serving utensils on the floor at the breakfast area and return to the bagels without washing.

ROOM SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE

Although they’ve painted and updated furniture, the cleanliness is bad. Literally had boogers on the bathroom wall and the floors are disgusting.
Breakfast is pure carbs and sugar. No protein at all.

there was no eggs or any kind of meat at the breakfast bar and the parking lot was pretty tight to get around in when alot of vehicles there, the door on the bathroom didnt stay shut, the refridgerator wasnt cold, and the rooms were not very quiet. shower head in the bathroom was mounted way to high for anyone, especially if you happen to be in a wheel chair in a handicap room! which we were not in a wheel chair.

There was one bug in the bathroom in the morning
