I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. I also appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning, and the spacious and comfortable room.
I would have appreciated if the refrigerator in the room cooled a bit more. It would also be nice if breakfast was extended at least until 10:00 a.m. and if there were a bit more variety, such as pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon.
Access to the highway and comfortable bed.
The breakfast was terrible. Most choices were ultra processed and unhealthy. The bagels were stale. The staff let the coffee run out and had not pre-prepared another pot. We had to delay our departure waiting for the coffee to drip.

Property was fine, it’s booking.com issues that you don’t pay to hotel, it’s end up that we were not allow to check out of the hotel.

Very clean, good breakfast, large room with comfortable beds.

The location is convenient. The breakfast is decent, and the needed quietness is there.
The room was pretty average, but the bathroom was SMALL! The door came within an inch of the toilet when you swung it open and closed. That’s my biggest complaint. The free breakfast was mediocre. I’ve had better for sure. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Convenient to the New York Thruway. Quiet, clean and comfortable room.
Bathroom was quite small but manageable. The bed was comfortable but not great. We were given a handicap accessible room that we had not asked for, but we made a last-minute reservation and were happy to have found this hotel.
