Zee was great. The breakfast bar was great
The hospitality outshines everything else. The staff here are extremely friendly and courteous, front desk employees to ms zee in the kitchen.

Seemed to be located in a safe area
Very convenient location to the hospital which was the reason for my stay. The night desk attendant was very nice and accommodating making sure our rooms were on the same floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very tasty. Chef Zee does her thing! She is also very friendly. I enjoyed my short stay.

Some friends and I were passing thru Memphis with a moving truck on the way to New Orleans. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the security guard in the back parking lot to our breakfast chef Zee. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. My friends and I will return.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night on our way to Texas. The front desk host, Jay was fabulous and extremely welcoming. He had us laughing which was very refreshing after a long days travel. Zee’s breakfast the next day was delicious and she was very kind and even came around and asked how everything was. Great experience! Would choose hotel again if traveling through.
Zee’s breakfast is delicious- definitely need to have the biscuits and sausage gravy. The egg white veggie omelette was also great- well seasoned. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Memphis just before Christmas 2025, so we could do the Graceland Christmas Tour. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was self-serve but great, and I'd like to mention 2 of the ladies who worked the breakfast shift. They were just wonderful!! They each had great personalities, very friendly, answered questions about the area, were generally super helpful and hospitable. So an extra special thank you to Ms. Duffie and Ms. Celes. I hope their supervisor sees this because they went above and beyond. This Inn is just down the road from Graceland, super convenient. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
Breakfast was good.
I stayed there 3 nights and cleaning was not great. On my second night housekeeping only removed trash and dirty towels but did not replace towels nor clean anything. I talked to the front desk about incident but all they could do was give me clean towels. I can only recommend this place for one night only.
