Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Für unseren Aufenthalt in Memphis hatten wir vorab extra ein Hotel mit Pool gesucht und gebucht. Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Eine vorherige Information der Gäste fand nicht statt. Von daher haben wir bei der Bewertung Punkte abgezogen. Schade.

Pros:

The staff was amazing from the front desk to the staff passing in the halls. Zee did amazing on breakfast! The food tasted good and was hot and her hospitality was golden!

Recommend for its value and exceptional staff.
Pros:

Our 3-night stay here was excellent in every way. Sherita greeted us at the front desk and was pleasant and professional. Our room was clean and smelled good, the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and the AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was good, hot and had a good variety of typical choices. Zee and her sidekick Miller were attentive and friendly to all the guests at the breakfast buffet. It was a good value with stand-out service. We will use this hotel if ever in the area again.

Awesome time in Memphis at Holiday INN Express in Memphis
Pros:

Amazing facility. The staff was awesome. Zee was the morning hostess. She was so kind and inviting. She was helpful in so many ways other than breakfast. She took time to prepare a list of her favorite things to do in Memphis and talked with us about how to stay safe. SHERITA was the evening desk person and she was remarkable. She was friendly and sweet and helpful. We sat in lobby to play games and she had a lot customers that were not pleasant. She handled it so professional and calmed them. What they were upset about was not anything to do with the hotel or her. She was awesome.

Memphis holds true to southern hospitality. Every single person we met in 2 and a half days went out of their way

Zee was an outstanding service personnel at breakfast both days we were there. She was extremely friendly and even provided us with a spreadsheet she had made up with all the best restaurants, clubs, museums and places we must see. She is an outstanding addition to this Holiday Inn and her spreadsheet should be utilized across the nation as an example of what the front desk should hand out all the time to customers. What an amazing lady and experience we all had
